The rent has no additional taxes.
To rent the apartment you are requested to send an equivalent to 15/20 % of the rent by paypal or Western Union. The balance is to be paid IN CASH upon arrival to the apartment.
The guarantee deposit is equivalent to 80% of the rent. This is usually requested in cash and returned to the guest at check-out once the inventory is checked. If you are reluctant to travel with so much cash we may accept the guarantee deposit in our paypal account.

Este depto para mi es bellísimo, acogedor, cómodo, super bien ubicado, silencioso... Fue fundamental para la grata experiencia que viví en Buenos aires.
Allí estuve casi 2 meses. Está dotado de todo lo necesario para una grata estadia. Cerca de colectivos, tren subterráneo y avenidas con tránsito de taxis. Tiene la particularidad de que a la vez de que está cerca de todo es muy silencioso pues da hacia el lado interno del edificio. Cerca hay restaurante, abastos y supermercados. Gymnasios y Yoga.El depto está bien decorado y tiene vista a un bello jardín interno del edificio. Lo recomiendo altamente.
