With dreamy views overlooking cobblestoned streets, this beautiful, secure, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse condominium is the ideal base for short or long stays in Buenos Aires. Situated in the quiet, lowrise sector of Palermo SoHo between Plaza Serrano and Plaza Armenia, the location simply could not be better!

The building combines convenience, style and peace-of-mind. A guarded entrance provides 24-hour security at street level. The apartment itself is accessed from a central courtyard that also leads to a tranquil hidden garden with a typically sun drenched in-ground swimming pool.

The interior is very bright and comfortable.... Floor-to-ceiling windows let in an abundance of natural light and fresh air. Furniture includes a number of antiques amid a predominantly modern atmosphere. All surfaces are finished in clean and natural materials.

The interior covers over 1000 sq. ft (100 sq. m) with open-concept common areas connecting two bedrooms on either end, each with en-suite bathroom. It is the perfect floorplan for accommodating independent couples or overnight guests.

The living room features a spacious sofa, large HD television, wood-burning fireplace and a small office corner for the working traveller (just added!). The dining room serves up to six people and connects to a covered balcony that offers a wonderful view of El Salvador Street, rain or shine.

The master bedroom includes a King-size bed with the same mattress set used in top hotels, a 32' HDTV, both sheer and blackout curtains and silent hot/ cold air conditioning. Its bathroom has plenty of counter space, a cupboard, toilet, bidet and standard bath/ shower.

The second bedroom has two separate twin-size beds that can be joined to form a Queen using a luxury pillowtop mattress cover. A baby cot is available upon request. The bathroom features a large marble shower with rainhead and skylight.

While the apartment is often rented for its location alone, undoubtedly its pièce de résistance is an expansive private rooftop terrace that provides stunning views of the Palermo SoHo skyline. Accessed by interior stairwell, it is perfect for sunbathing, crowd gazing or, if you like, preparing your own asado on a charcoal parrilla.

Electronics include an iPod/ iPhone stereo dock, 2 x HDTVs with a comprehensive cable package and high-speed WiFi internet. Telephones include 2 x mobile phones, a local land-line and a VoIP phone for complimentary international dialling. You will have no excuses for not remaining in touch with family and friends!

Palermo Soho is a wonderful leafy barrio away from highrises, traffic chaos and inner city noise! It is known for its laid back atmosphere and offers a world of boutiques and bistros at your doorstep. The apartment itself is located between two nearby plazas on a safe, well-lit corner accessed by wide sidewalks. It is close to parks, arts and entertainment venues and provides easy access to the downtown.

  Highly Recommended! For us, this was the best apartment on the best street in the best neighbourhood! Exquisitely comfortable and spacious modern chic apartment in a gorgeous lower density neighbourhood. This property is well managed and clean. All the details were covered and everything we needed was there. We found many of the best restaurants and shops in the city all within walking distance. Not too far from the subway for access to the rest of the city as well. The rooftop Parrilla was well used and much appreciated. We travel a lot and the owners and management here have a winner!
