There are two styles of apartments available in the same building, one is a studio and the other is a one bedroom. Both have Lcd tv, wifi, AC, kitchen, full bathroom, balcony, and full bed. The building has a gorgeous heated pool and security. It is located just 2 blocks from the main avenue Santa Fe where you have access to all major buslines
and the subway line "D."

Located just 5 blocks from the famous roundabout "Plaza Italia" in Palermo, the location of this apartment can't get any better! Turn left and two blocks down you are at Av. Santa Fe where all the major bus lines and subways line "D" pass. In just 15 minutes you can be downtown! Walk past Plaza Italia and there is the Buenos Aires Zoo, and just after is the Botanical Garden. Continue down Borges Street and you reach the Bohemian neighborhood of Palermo Soho.

Left on 10/20/2012 for a stay in June 2012
I stayed here for 3 months and rented from Natasha. She was great at communicating with the owners for me about any of my needs. It was nice to rent from someone that I trusted... there are lots of untrustworthy landlords in the area.
The apartment itself is really nice and clean. It is in an upscale, safe neighborhood, and about a 7 minute walk to the Scalibrini Ortiz subte stop (green line). There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby on Cervino, and some bars a couple of blocks down the street (on Republica de la India).
I definitely recommend this place. It is a bit pricey, but if you can afford it, it is a great place to stay.
