It has a bedroom with two single beds, that turn into a queen size bed, with cable TV and internet wifi, It has a nice living room with sofa bed, table and chairs, Cable TV 29" and DVD. We did enjoy our stay here. The landlord was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was very smooth. The porteros were also very helpful when we had difficulties with the key and came to our aid immediately, as well as being an amiable presence chatting with us as we came and went each day. The location was also great, and we loved watching the activities of the street from our balcony. If only our Spanish had been better we would have gone to the stand up comedy theatre under our apartment or to one of the many shows in our street. The one drawback was the fact that it was very noisy night and day. However, we were able to overlook that because of the comfort and convenience of the apartment.
