This beautiful house is situated in the middle of Palermo Soho and the well known outlet area. The neighborhood is known for its shopping, outlets stores, nightlife and restaurants. The perfect spot to share among friends, up to ten or eleven persons.

On the ground floor you can find a nice reception area with 2 toilets, washing room , office with sofabed and a bedroom with a queen bed. There is a big living room with a large sofa , fireplace and LCD tv and a dining area. The kitchen is very spacious with plenty space to cook and fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and a complete set of dishes.

At th...e back there is the small garden with lots of green offering a private heated pool , parrilla and eating area.

On the first floor you can find the master bedroom, with a queen bed, a balcony facing the garden, a en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and a private dressing room. Furthermore there are three more bedrooms, one with a queen bed, another with two single beds and the last one with one single bed and another underneath. Between two bedrooms is a small and nice outdoor area which brings a lot of light. There is also a terrace facing the street with tables and chairs.

The house is equipped with air conditioning/heating, garage , cleaning and pool man once a week, wifi internet. The perfect spot for a large family or group of couples.Read more

  We stayed here with 3 young children, another couple and my elderly mother. The house was perfect for us all. My mother had the downstairs bedroom with her own bathroom (the shower is tiny though). The other rooms were all upstairs. There was plenty of space for us all to do our own thing and not get on top of each other. The wifi speed was very good too. The pool was perfect size and my 5 year-old could stand in the shallow end and it has nice wide steps as well. The house was very safe and very comfortable. Only minor things were that the pool terrace area was very slippery with wet feet since it was polished concrete and the stairs had no railing but it did have stairgates at the top and bottom. Kitchen could have been better equipped but these are only very minor things. Mark and Martin were extremely helpful and very quick to repond to our queries. An excellent stay and we were very happy. The house is close to a small supermarket and a very short walk from great shops and restaurants. It was very quiet area and well serviced by taxis.
