LOCATION LOCATION! Here you will be in a quiet place, and at the same time amongst the action day and night in one of the trendiest areas of Buenos Aires.

Character abounds in this gorgeous house of over 2,600 SF (260 m2), including the living space and private terraces.

Original features abound from the French doors and windows, yet extensive modernization ensures that all the comforts of home are present. It has been completely... rebuilt just recently and it is furnished with the most modern accessories, making your staying a luxurious one.

The house is built up in two floors. The rooms are huge, decorated with a mix of French and Eastern style.

The house comprises 4 full size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, the dining room that comfortably seats 10 people is connected to a small terrace where you can have an intimate meal- Reception Area, Large Living Room. Private master bedroom terrace,- Terrace complete with Parilla (BBQ)

Amenities include use of a complimentary cell phone, wireless broadband internet, Cable TV, DVD, A stereo system where you can also plug your Ipod, all utilities including A/C.

The 4 bedrooms, 2 have queen sized Simmons Beauty Rest beds furnished with soft accents, The master bedroom on the top level has a king size bed a bathroom and views of the terrace- . This room has his own TV and working desk.

The property sleeps 8 comfortably and is large enough to afford individual privacy when there is a need- The house provides several lovely indoor and outdoor areas for gathering and entertaining.

A modern kitchen with modern appliances will provide everything you will need to entertain or simply prepare your meals.

The property has proved popular for film and productions crews, families and groups.

We have other houses in the area if you need to host even more people

Rental Terms & Conditions:

- We will greet you at Check-In and give you all the necessary information about the house and the neigborhood

- There is a three (3) night minimum rental fee.

- A 30% deposit is due to reserve the dates in demand, balance due upon arrival.

- Security Deposit done via Credit Card Authorization (Outlined on the Rental Agreement).

- There is a US$100.00 Cancellation Fee for reservations cancelled with more than 30 days in advance.

We do not return the deposits to cancellations of less than 30 days prior to the arrival;

Note 1 Short term rentals of less than a week have an extra administrative & Cleaning fee of $90 USD

Note 2- High Season Rates (December - January): Daily: USD 362 Weekly: USD 1806 Monthly: USD 5405

  Sorry it has taken me so long to write this, but I didn't realise this house was even on trip advisor, absolutely gorgeous house, plenty of room, living room big enough for our own dance studio for tango lessons, near the best of restaurants and within walking distance of 5 milongas. We had breakfast every morning in baraka cafe, amazing media lunas! Also pizza place across the road did fantastic empanadas. We loved this house and area, if I won the lottery I would buy it!

  I stayed here for about a month and just loved it! It is literally an entire house with four bedrooms and lots of beautiful outside space. From the terrace off the balcony to the master bedroom, you can see the sunset every night over the rooftops of Palermo. If you have not been to Buenos aires, this location could not be better, right in the middle of Palermo Soho on a really pretty, quiet street with restaurants, shops, etc. It's like living in a giant brownstone in the west village of new york. There are a lot of beds although i didn't use them all. The master where i slept was very comfortable and it's set back from the street so it's also really quiet. The kitchen is great, and there's a lovely outdoor breakfast/coffee area off the dining room, lots of pretty birds show up there in the mornings. The other nice thing about the master is that it is on a separate floor than the downstairs bedrooms so if you have guests or kids there, it's still private. Everything worked well, and the guy who runs the place, Daniel, is a super nice guy and very responsive. The furniture and style is a little old fashioned but that was part of the charm for me. The house itself is beautiful, fireplaces, moldings, stained glass windows, vine covered walls, etc, a special place. Would highly recommend!

  our family, 5 of us in total, rented this home in palermo soho from september 2011 to the 1st of janurary 2012. i did a months worth of research before finally finding this home. after seeing most listings on the market i knew i had found the jewel. perfectly located in palermo soho, this home is within walking distance to top restaurants, high-end boutique shopping, grocery stores and even schools. we enjoyed our time immensely, dani was a pleasure to work with! we wish our home-away-from-home and wish to return in the near future.

  Great apartment in excellent area and good value

  The apartment is in Soho Palermo, a great area for good food though slightly more expensive than other places. Great for designer clothes shops too (if that's your thing). It's quiet most nights though Saturday got pretty noisy due to an accident we think (honk honk). We felt quite safe there the whole time, even at night. There are security guards around the shops until they close at 8pm, so maybe there is a slight problem but we never felt or saw it.
  The apartment is in a period building with its own staircase up to the first floor. This has a large reception room with TV and sofas. The furniture was eclectic and antique. I would have loved a big squashy sofa but it was comfortable enough. There are two bedrooms on this floor, both with comfortable double beds. They share a bathroom which is a little dated but serviceable. A hall leads through in to a modern light kitchen with plenty of gadgets and a good cooker if you want them. It has a large dining area with antique furniture and a small terraced area.
  Then you find there is an upstairs! This is a modern glass extension with a large terrace, the main bedroom with en suite and a smaller bedroom with twin beds which shares the en suite. So the apartment is large and has a nice feel to it. Day to day cleanliness is fine though the paintwork could do with a quick clean in some areas (hence the slightly lower star rating) which is easy to fix.
  If you are looking for a designer furnished apartment with 50inch digital TVs and the latest technology, this is not for you, but if you want a really spacious apartment that feels like more like a home - this is for you. We'd go back tomorrow and our teenagers loved it.
  Handy pizza place nearby and the best ice cream we've ever tasted down the road in "Tu Fic" - the best and not mentioned on Google for some reason.
