The master bedroom on the top level is a special room complete with enormous walk-in closet to cater for the most extensive clothing and shoe collections!. Two bedrooms can be converted from queens into 2 singles each for flexibility. There are 2 spacious en-suite bathrooms including double basins and double shower in the master bedroom, each with original detailing giving a sense of the history of the property and the area.

The property sleeps 6 comfortably and is large enough to afford individual privacy when there is a need, however there are several lovely indoor and outdoor areas for gathering and entertaining.A modern kitchen with full sized American fridge and modern appliances will provide everything you will need to entertain or simply prepare breakfast before heading to sample the incredible food at the local eateries.

A work area where computers for up to 3-4 people can operate makes this property a perfect medium or long-term rental for a temporary assignment in the city.   This was a great place to stay for our first visit to Buenos aires. The location is fabulous. So close to many restaurants and shops, and taxis are easy to come by. Street noise was one small drawback, but the master bedroom was very quiet. The house is fantastic, with nice furnishings, comfortable beds, great baths, and lots of character. The owner was very accommodating and everything worked very smoothly. The property manager was super, providing advice and service anytime we needed anything. Thanks so much!

  Everything was just right with a very cool layout just right for feeling a part of the area, in elegant older building but with all modern features, bar and dining area spectacular, patio and parilla just perfect for entertaining extended family. Easy walk to great shops, excellent restaurants, and cafes, including a great one just at street level. Owners are superb to deal with.
