EN LA MARRE is an early 19thC farmhouse on the estate of Chateau de Dracy in a truly tranquil, rural location situated 45 minutes from BEAUNE, 1hr 15 minutes from DIJON, 30 minutes from CHALON SUR SAONE and 20 minutes from AUTUN. The small country town of COUCHES is 4 kms where there are basic facilities - a bank with cash points, a post office, 2 supermarkets, 4 restaurants, 2 doctors' surgeries, a pharmacy, newsagents and a bakery. There is ample car parking on the property but own transport is necessary.
