Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, this end-terrace cottage is in the hamlet of Lower Burnmouth, overlooking Burnmouth Bay. Blue Lobster is a charming end-terraced cottage in Lower Burnmouth, a few miles from Berwick upon Tweed. The cottage has a double room and a twin room, and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Downstairs is a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and an open fire. Outside, there is roadside parking for 1 car opposite the property, and a tiered garden with furniture. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We choose this house because it is very close by the sea. Rockpooling galore
The interior is tasteful and cozy. There is a digital-tv with dvd-player, no stereo equipment. Good choice of books nad dvd's. The beds are fine. Kitchen is ok, electric cooking though. Pots, pans and utensels are a bit spare.
The surroundings are outstanding, close to Berwick and naturereserve St abbs.Great sandy beaches south of Berwick and you can go to Edinburgh as well. In short we had an outstanding holiday!
Be aware for the road to house it is very steep!
