Enjoy sunsets from the 900 square foot wrap around deck. Sit out at the picnic table to have breakfast or dinner, or barbeque with friends. There are two large rocking chairs for relaxing. Cable* wireless internet*kitchen*laundry.
This cozy home is located extremely close to town but still has the view. There is a quaint movie theater ( $5.00 movies), grocery stores, public pool, and local happenings at the town square, and restaurants all close by. Visit local waterfalls and hiking trails. It is a short 40 min. drive to Asheville.

I enjoyed an extended stay in October of 2012. This rental reminds me of the days when vacation homes were little places packed with memories. Clearly, this used to be someone's home, now reworked to make complete living quarters on the top floor. It is more rustic than fancy, but it has all the amenities, and Valeree adds several thoughtful touches in the way of supplies. The view is wonderful, and there's a huge deck (much newer than the house) with a grill and picnic table. I loved being there, and I wish I had been able to spend more time just hangin' out. Valeree is very responsive without being intrusive. (If you have mobility issues, this might not be a good choice, as the house is well above the parking place.)
