This apartment is located near to the harbour in the village of Burry Port in South Wales and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Boatyard By The Sea is an apartment cottage located near to the harbour in the South Wales village of Burry Port near to Kidwelly. The cottage has one twin bedroom, one double room and a family bathroom which makes it suitable for four people. The accommodation also includes a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining table. Outside the cottage is a small patio area with outdoor furniture and off road parking for one car. With the beach just a couple of minutes' walk away, Boatyard By The Sea is a wonderf...ul family holiday cottage in a beautiful location.

Small patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

Town: Burry Port is located on the south Wales coastline and has a selection of shops, a post office, several pubs and restaurants. The harbour is a hive of activity where you can take boat trips out to sea. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  we were pleased with the property and the local area.There were a couple of small things that could of improved it,there were no mirrors, bins in bedrooms or towel rack in the double room.the property was clean and adequatly furnished.There were plenty of food places in the area,lovely walks,very close to the harbour and train station.the beach is just over the hill in front which our dog really enjoyed.On the whole we would recommend this property for a good base.

  A nice modern apartment, good base for walking

  We arranged to meet the owners at the property for key hand over. They gave excellent directions, and showed us around the apartment. and even left us a bottle of wine.
  
  The apartment was very well equipped and a really good size. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so we had plenty of room. It was very comfortable - the reclining sofa was very welcome after the long walks we had each day. The property is right on the beach, and the millennium path goes past - where you can walk something like 20 miles along the coast. We walked to Llanelli which was 5 miles away, and Pembrey a couple of miles the other direction. It was beautiful area and we would definitely recommend this for a holiday in Wales.
  
  There was parking directly outside the apartment, and it was only a couple of minutes walk into town. Burry Port itself is only small, but there are 2 convenience stores, a train station and a couple of take aways. The harbour is very nice, and it's an easy place to walk as it's very flat along the coast.
