This barn conversion cottage is in the Peak District village of Quarnford near to Buxton and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Downsdale Cottage is a barn conversion cottage with views over the surrounding countryside, next door to the owners' home on a smallholding farm just outside the Peak District village of Flash and seven miles from the spa town of Buxton. With one double and one twin bedroom, as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep four people. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Location does require a car as most walks are best accessed after a short drive
Bedrooms are not huge, but sufficient
Kitchen/dining area and open fire in the lounge were the highlights of the cottage
