This barn conversion cottage is in the Peak District village of Quarnford near to Buxton and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Downsdale Cottage is a barn conversion cottage with views over the surrounding countryside, next door to the owners' home on a smallholding farm just outside the Peak District village of Flash and seven miles from the spa town of Buxton. With one double and one twin bedroom, as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep four people. Also within the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire and a sofabed. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with a small lawn with a swing and slide, a patio area with furniture and countryside views. Set in one of the most beautiful areas of the Peak District National Park, Downsdale Cottage is the perfect holiday home for anyone wishing to explore this stunning region.

Amenities: Electric storage heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with video, stereo, selection of books and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with small lawn with swing and slide, patio area with furniture and fantastic countryside views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile.

Town: Quarnford is a village in the Staffordshire Moorlands district of the Peak District, between the towns of Buxton and Leek. Quarnford is also part of the village of Flash, which, at 1518 ft above sea level is the highest village in Britain. Quarnford and Flash are situated in some of the most unspoilt areas of the Peak District countryside. With an air of peace and tranquility, Quarnford and Flash are in a great location to enjoy the full extent of the Staffordshire Moorlands and the rest of the Peak District.

Cottage was well appointed and spotless, set in glorious countryside on a farm. Pub with good food within reach. Buxton just a few miles away.
