This very well maintained cottage is nicely situated on a paved street and is surrounded by mature vegetation, which provides a sense of privacy. The one level design includes a covered porch along the front of the home (with a porch swing), a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar, adjacent dining and living areas and the 3 bedrooms (including a king master with a private bath). The two additional bedrooms share the hallway bath. Off the kitchen is the large screened porch (that overlooks a naturalized area), with picnic table.
