Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It had been re- fitted quite recently to a high standard - everything looked new. The location is ideal, in a very quiet area yet less than a ten minute walk to the centre of Buxton, The Opera House, Railway Station and all other amenities. The owners were very welcoming and ensured we were happy with everything before they left. We loved it and will certainly be looking to return again soon.

A lovely property, really clean and modern. Great location - close to Buxton and other locations nearby. Easy to find and had all we needed. Lively little garden and BBQ area for outdoor enjoyment!! Living space was really lovely and airy - with comfy seating!! A thoroughly lovely little property - we enjoyed the peace and quiet at the house - and Buxton was within 5 minute walk. Great place for young and old!!! Fantastic!

A cosy flat centrally located in Buxton. Close to the Opera House and to nice restaurants. All the benefits of living in a city.
Good parking space. Buxton is perfect as a base for a Peak District holiday.
