Condominium Domus 7 is a small private, English owned condominium situated in the resort city of Buzios Rio de Janeiro Brazil consisting of 7 individual accommodations for holiday or annual rental, they include 1 apartment for 2/3 people. 5 Duplex accommodations for 4/5 people and 1 double duplex for 6/7 people.
Recently renovated it offers a Buziana style holiday that is ideal for families, couples or small groups alike

Domus 7 is located in the village of Geriba / Manguinhos. Situated approximately 600 meters from the famous Geriba beach used for international surfing competions, 800 meters to the beach of Ferradurinha, 900 meters to the beach of Ferradura. Local shops are a 5 minute walk. The centre of Buzios is 2 kilometers distance, serviced by a regular fleet of small buses.

Domus 7 es un lugar hermoso, ideal para descansar, hay mucha tranquilidad, es muy seguro.
Paul y Vanesa son excelentes personas, constatemente a disposicion del turista para ayudar y asesorar en todo.
El lugar esta siempre en muy buenas condiciones, los duplex estan muy limpios, prolijos y ordenados al igual que la pileta y el parque.
Me quede muy conforme con el lugar, lo recomiendo para quien quiera ir. Es Hermosooo!!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks as part of our 3 week trip to Brazil. It is a central location to enjoy the 20 plus beautiful beaches. The accommodation is compact, clean and very well looked after. The pool was clean and there is a barbecue area where we chilled out in the evening. There are a selection of bars, restaurant's and shops nearby. We would recommend that you hire a car, but take care on the roads as they are not very even. The owners Paul and Vanusa were very accommodating, and helped us plan our onward trip to Rio.

Excelente lugar para estar en Buzios. Los departamentos son tal cual lo muestran las fotos, de primera. La atenciòn del personal y especialmente de los dueños Paul y Vanussa es espectacular: siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites: donde comprar el pescado fresco a menor precio, que playas son mejores para ir con niños, donde buscar tal o cual artículo, que supermercado te conviene, etc. Están realmente en todos los detalles. El complejo es super tranquilo y está a 5 minutos a pie de Geribá. Además está al final de una calle cortada, así que la zona es inmejorable, tranquila y super segura. Los departamentos son pequeños pero muy confortables y acogedores, hechos con muy buen gusto. La piscina siempre está impecable y además tienen una parrilla que se disfruta a full. Paul y Vanusa está siempre atentos para ayudar y además son personas muy amenas con las cuales conversar o tomar una caipirinha (La caipirinha de vanusa es la mejor...!). Realmente cumplieron con todo lo pactado y mucho más. Domus 7 es un lugar para elegir a ojos cerrados, especialmente si busca tranquilidad, calidad, confort y seguridad (sobre todo con niños, aunque hay que estar atentos con la pileta) .

Domus 7 Its a great place to have a wonderfull holiday the appartments are well kept and spotlessly clean.Kitchen and cooking facility are good for people who wish to cook for themselves bedroom and toilet/ shower are also good.The complex is not to far out of centro which you can reach by walking to the main route in to Buzios for a local bus or a taxi that costs just a few Reals.For people who do not wish to go far there is a pool and barbecue area to relax.But for a real taste of Buzios the beaches are fantastic and so many to chose from,the nearest is Geriba and from the rear of the complex takes about 15 mins at a slow pace once there the long sandy beach and gentle water are excllent. Domus 7 is a secure well presented clean tidy very friendly condominium.And I will be returning in 2011 and would recommend it.
