You will be pleasantly surprised when you arrive at the Abachi 1 bedroom self contained Apartment. Enter via Dylan Lane into a sunny North Facing courtyard and BBQ area. Built as a separate free standing 1 bedroom apartment, in the residential part of the Byron Bay township.
Decorated and furnished in the 'Coastal Style' which is in keeping with Byron's deep blue ocean and calming surrounds, with open plan living areas and seperate bedroom with Pillow Top queen bed. Bathroom includes shower & toilet. (linen and towels included but please bring your own beach towels).

Recently stayed for 1 week with my 15 year old daughter at the abachi 1 Bedroomed Self Contained apartment. It was exactly as advertised! the apartment had everything we needed, stylishly decorated and very private with a fab location a short walk from the main centre. Shannon the owner was very friendly and advised she wasn't far away should we need anything which was very reassuring. The only negative comment I would make was there wasn't any wi-fi as advertised or any instructions in the booklet advising how we could gain wi-fi but to be honest I wasn't that upset (didn't bother contacting Shannon for more information) by this, if we really needed wi-fi there were more than enough places in the centre offering free wi-fi. Overall had a fab holiday and would definately recommend this place to friends and would ocnsider booking again.

My wife and I came back to the abachi beach apartment for the second time, this time with our 11 month old son.
Everything was as great as last time, and the small private apartment and courtyard was great for the baby, the owner supplied us a high chair and could also provide a cot at no extra charge and the apartment itself was really baby friendly.
The apartment is only 1 bedroom but the cot fit nicely inside the bedroom or just outside the room.
I have stayed at abachi both as a couple and now with young family and it was great in both cases.
The apartment is close to everything you need and has a coffee machine and cofee supplied which was fantastic.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a 1 bedroom place to stay in Byron bay -

The apartment was very nice and well equipped. The décor was stylish and the beds were very comfortable. There was a very private courtyard and the apartment had a relaxing feel to it. There was some delay finding the property as we couldn't contact the owner on her mobile and there was no address published on the website (for security reasons). Local people hadn't heard of the property and Google maps sent us to the right number but in the wrong street. Once we made contact with the owner everything was fine. The beach was 15-20 minutes walk, and there was a local mini mart about 150 metres from the property. Would stay there again.

We came up for a long weekend away and found the apartment to be very clean and comfortable and relaxing. I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to anybody who is looking to stay in Byron.

We recently stayed in abachchi one bedroom apartments on Byron Bay. The apartment was lovely and clean, and had everything we needed for a self catering stay. It was fantastic to have laundry facilities on the premises. The bed was amazingly comfortable!! Shannon, the owner, was also great at remaining in contact to answer any questions. Great location, just a short walk to the main street. A great find :)

Firstly, we are so sorry it has taken us so long to write this review. Our stay at abachi was fantastic. An easy walk to the beach and town. A very clean apartment with great facilities. Shannon was so good and easy to deal with. Shannon gave us some great tips on food in the town, you must visit asia Joes! We will definitely stay again, also i must add Shannon gave us some great locations to visit for the rest of our journey down the coast (Yamba was amazing!) . A wonderful stay, a great apartment a fantastic holiday.

Loved the abachi apartment.
Great location, nice and quiet but close to everything byron has to offer. Loved the fact that this is a stand alone apartment and not part of a big complex.
The little courtyard was a great private place to relax with an alfresco breakfast.

A great little apartment. Perfect for couples or singles. Modern and cosy style. Perfect location in nice quiet residential area. A few minutes from the CBD and an easy stroll to the beach. All you need with a great atmosphere. I have been staying here for longer periods every year for the last 3 years and love it.

We had a wonderful time staying here over Christmas 2010. The apartment is very clean, nice, and very close to town. There is a great cafe, and a green grocer just down the street. Also, a wonderful french restaurant, the little snail a couple of blocks away.
