We travelled with a group of friends for a wedding in Byron. Loved the house - plenty of space to eat, relax, and also enjoyed the spa. Clean and comfortable, good location. Would stay again!

We recently chose a Top Spot for two weeks with family, friends and our french exchange student. When I was looking for somewhere to stay i wanted to be close to the beach for the surfing teens, close to coffee, walk to town and a hot tub. Boxes all checked.
A Top Spot is just metres from Clarkes Beach and the cafe. It is on a quiet street tucked away from the busy main roads. It is an easy walk into town for shopping and restaurants. As shown in the photos it has three bedrooms downstairs that open onto courtyards, another downstairs courtyard that has the BBQ and hot tub, and a fourth loft stye bedroom upstairs above the living area complete with tv. There are two full bathrooms with the one on the living floor covering the needs for the loft bedroom. The first week we were there we discovered the heater didn't work and this was replaced within a couple of hours... very very impressive service was provided the couple of times we rang for assistance.
This is a lovely property and worked so well with its expansive living area for two families. We would most definitely recommend a Top Spot and choose to stay here ourselves again. -

What a beautiful house, would highly recommend a stay here for anyone. Being a short stroll to the beach and shops you couldn’t ask for anything more. All the separate outdoors areas (and indoor ones too) made it possible to have your own space and not know there was anyone else in the house. The property was very clean and had every amenity necessary – it felt like a home. Plus the key less entry made it very easy for all of us to access the house at anytime!

Stayed here with a couple of friends in February. We loved the decor and large living area. Also enjoyed sitting outside and dipping in the jacuzzi. Beach was only a couple of minutes walk away.

The Top Spot catered well for us. We had 3 kids under 2 years old and this property catered well for us with its open plan kitchen and living area so we could keep an eye on them! It was also clean, modern and chic which is what the adults were looking for. It was an easy stroll to the Beach and the centre of town and there was a cafe across the road which was convenient. The place was suitably equipped with everything we needed.

We stayed here for 3 night in January - we were extremely impressed with the place - the location was excellent and the house itself was perfect. Nice and clean with lots of space.

We had a wonderful time at the house and seeing all the attractions at Byron Bay-loved how close it was to beaches and pool as we have very young children (1 and 3yrs) The house was well stocked and real estate were great about making it child friendly. Too bad no view but otherwise really nice, clean place to stay...
