The house is well appointed with all the modern conveniences and more - underfloor heating, off street secure parking, plenty of bathrooms, wifi, laundry, board games, extensive kitchen set up including an outdoor BBQ. We were a group of 7 and everyone had ample space to chill out or spend time together.
Only down side and its minor is a lack on onsite manager when there are issues with other guests not adhering to the "house rules". If they could also supply tissues in the bathrooms and some lighting around the mirrors as the tiling makes the bathrooms very dark.
For families - need to show a map of how to access beach and include some Playstation games with the Playstation. -

The Byron luxury beach houses are beautiful, functional and luxurious. We have stayed twice. The first time as a family of 4 - we all had our own room, there are plenty of bathrooms , laundry, dishwasher etc and there was another main with ensuite downstairs for the grandparents, the nanny or your sister! This weekend I took my girlfriends away for a girls getaway - we had massages, walks on the beach and just sat around on the our deck having a few cool drinks. Easy walk to town we enjoyed both Byron and the nearby town of Bangalow which we visited with Byron Limousines. A great stay!

Byron Bay Luxury Houses were absolutely stunning. We were there for a wedding with our party occupying 4 out of the 6 houses. It was perfect for all of the children present, aged 6 months to 18 years, not to mention brilliant for the adults who took absolute advantage of the position, the facilities and the peace provided.

The house was very nicely finished and well located just far enough from the centre of Byron and only a five minute walk to the beach. Despite the high price we were disappointed that certain essentials had been overlooked. The barbecue knobs were broken thus making the BBQ unusable. Blinds in the upstairs bedrooms weren't working and lightbulbs on the deck needed replacing. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and the bins were absolutely overflowing and smelt dreadful. All these issues were promptly and efficiently dealt with once we contacted the Property Manager but we feel that these items should be checked before tenants arrive.
The upstairs bedrooms were very hot as they did not have air conditioning units.
Great accommodation for couples or families and it was lovely having the pool but more attention to detail required if you are to justify top prices. -

We had a great time the house was very clean, the utilities all worked fine. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Excess to walking destant to beach and shops. We had a fun time and will recommend to our friends and relatives.

The homes are comfortable and relaxing but not very well appointed. You can tell that they cater to a party crew. They are large enough to sleep more than the 8 that they allow. We witnessed non stop parties in most of the other residences with up to 15 sleeping over. It wasn't the relaxing ambience we were hoping for at all. Considering we were a family, the attention given to us over the time of our distress was less than satisfactory by Holiday accommodation. I guess we didn't rate in the at all important customer bracket or for that matter return client bracket. Definitely would not recommend these homes for families over the festive season or other major holiday periods. You won't get the R&R; they advertise.

Manager
We know that this client felt that there were disturbances during his stay as we were in communication with him numerous times throughout his stay. We acted upon every complaint and visited the property on numerous occasions, including New Years morning to inspect. The time of year was the New Years period and all across town there was a very festive atmosphere. We spoke to all guests in the other houses and they all said that even though New Years Eve was a party atmosphere within the complex, the rest of the time was not at all bad. One of the houses even had 4 early 40 year old couples who were parents and had escaped for a break without their kids and they told me that they had no issues at all with guests in the other houses and even joined in with the New Years celebrations.
We also have a security hotline system in place and this guest called the hotline a few times, however 3 of the 4 visits resulted in no noise fees payable.
We are sorry this property was not what this guest was hoping for during this festive time of year. -

We used this accommodation for an early Christmas Day or should I say long weekend. Our adult children and spouses and young children attended. These facilities were more than adequate. They came and went at various times.
the pool was great and the outside living area was very spacious and the kitchen was well more equipped than we expected. Plenty of platters
For our Christmas lunch and the kitchen was modern and roomy. Thankyou for a great weekend.

Being West auzzies, we have never stayed in Byron before and the week we spent with another family at Byron Luxury Beach Resort could not have been better. The accommodation exceeded our high expectations at every level, the attention to detail was excellent. We will definitely be returning in the very near future.

Arrived at the house and was very impressed , high quality finishes , loads of room and very well thought out for a holiday rental. You will not be disappointed renting out this property . Being a fussy traveller , travelled all over the world at top resorts , this trip was up there. 5 min walk into town and beach. Having the shared pool on the premises was great to go for a dip after a day at the beach .
