Magnolia Cottage is a lovely holiday house close to town and Byron's stunning beaches. Stylishly furnished with an eclectic Beach Style theme including modern conveniences with your comfort in mind. Its a great home for families, with a large out door entertainment area including hammock and daybed which converts into a lovely outdoor bath. The front veranadah and daybed offers lovely afternoon sunshine, perfect for an afternoon nap or 'cuppa' with a good book! Theres a nice grassed area in the back yard and the entire property is fully fenced and child safe.

Bookings are for no more than 6 people although we will consider the use of the sofa bed on request (extra charges will apply)
Schoolies bookings are by application only and different conditions will apply. (these conditions are subject to change without notification) These conditions are not part of the standard tenancy conditions and are written by the owners to protect firstly our property and then neighbours quiet amenity. Any breach of these conditions can result in the immediate termination of the booking with NO REFUND given as well as loss of the security bond.
The property is to be left in the same way it was found. Clean and tidy. A standard clean is included in your booking but beyond that an extra cleaning fee will apply (price will depend on the time it takes the cleaners)
