In the recently completed (2008) Victorian Luxury Condominiums project developed by Century 21, our apartment sleeps up to 6 people and is flexible and suitable for friends and families
This is a hassle free vacation. Our condo manager lives right on site to take care of any problems (night or day). He will personally greet you with the keys and can arrange a number of services including airport pickup (cost $35), excursions, babysitting, shopping, and dining.

The Condo has a great view. The only thing separating it from the rolling waves of the sea is the private pool. The condo was clean, spacious and modern. With books, board games, and other small amenities, it was like staying at a friends house, not a rental. It had everything needed to prepare our own meals, including a 5 gallon cooler for drinking water. However, it was a quick trip from town with lots of great restaurants.
It is not in the heart of town, which has more ups than downs. Very few others were on the beach by the condo, and we were not often bothered by vendors. When we wanted to go to town to shop, eat, or drink, it was a quick moto ride.
I would recommend it to friends, and plan to stay again in the near future. -

This condo is absolutely lovely! It was perfect for three friends looking for a safe place to stay just outside of the busy town center. And the view from the balcony was terrific!
The owner and managers were very helpful in answering all of our questions (we had a lot of questions!) and they always responded to us quickly.
The condo is spacious and very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful with a private pool and beach access. Renting here is a much better value than finding a hotel in town.
This was a great choice -- We had a wonderful trip! -

Everything was great! We had an awesomem trip and were very sad to leave. The condo was beautiful and very cozy. It was steps away from the beach. There were always gaurds around so we felt very safe. Warren was always quick to respond to emails and was very helpful in planning our trip. Thanks again for everything!

We felt like at home, we had space in a fully equiped condo, with a wonderful terrasse facing the ocean! The big private garden is very nice, the pool is warm, the beach was a bit invaded by the ocean especially at high tide, but we loved the big waves at sunrise... Victorian is a quiet place.
The weather was appropriate for kiting, the guys really appreciated the wind coming at 3PM every day :-))
Having a car is a good help, the kite beach is a bit further from the condo.
We had a great holiday, I wish we could come back another time in the future! -

Myself and two other mature women stayed in this beautiful condo for two months. We found it to be spacious, clean and well equipped. It has all the comforts of home, in a stylish beachfront main floor unit. Steps to the ocean and the pool area. We did not need to use the air conditioning as the lovely breeze kept the condo cool and we enjoyed the sound of the surf. The management team (Kevin/Francine and Bill/Sue) were very helpful and hospitable and we now call them friends. The maid service was fantastic. Not only did the security staff make us feel safe at all times but they went out of their way to be helpful with carrying groceries and water bottles and getting us taxis. The great location was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town yet close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Our vacation was all that we hoped for and then some. We would not hesitate to return to Warren's condo.

Great condo on the beach, I enjoyed listening to the waves as I feel asleep. It is in walking distance on the beach (not during high tide) or a quick cab ride to Cabarete Quiet, lovely grounds, really nice people. Cabarete has great food and endless things to do for active folks. Warren was very helpful in coordinating and making recommendations for our stay. Additionally the folks at the condo arranged a boat tour/pig roast! We spent our days scuba diving, fishing, kite boarding, and our evenings enjoying excellent dinners of both local and international food. It was a great place to spend our vacation.

My wife and I were looking for a week in the Caribbean this past winter that did not include an All-Inclusive. We found Cabarete DR, and even better the Victorian private condos. We rented a nice size 2 bedroom on the 1st floor looking right out to the ocean. Nice clean condo's with maid service, and very good 24 hour security, though I'm not sure why they need it? We were a short 10 minute walk to the town of Cabarete via street or beach. We found the whole area to be very safe, night or day. The Victorian has a very welcoming swimming pool and hot tub off to the side. The property consisted of both owners of units and short and long term renters from all over the globe. Kevin and Francine were our property managers, very friendly and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. The unit has AC but we never used it, we just left the massive sliding doors wide open to enjoy the breeze. We ate in many different restaurants in town, Alli's and Bliss were our favourite's, and we watched Super Bowl on the beach at Jose O'Shea's.The proximity to town was a real plus. The ocean was a bit rough in front for swimming, but the beach walks made up for it. The Dominican's are very nice hard working people. We look forward to returning to the Victorian soon, but will definitely stay longer next time.

We stayed at this condo with another couple in February. It was perfect. The condo is very quiet with a beautiful beach view and a nice pool. We were able to walk to local restaurants via the beach or the roadway. It is also walking distance to a little grocery store where you can stock up on necessities.We were very well received by the manager and everything in the condo was in good working order.
This is an ideal option to an "all-inclusive" resort. We liked having our own place and trying all the different restaurants in town. There are 24 hour security guards on the beach side and the entrance side of the condo so we felt very safe. Cabs everywhere are pretty cheap. The only downside was you need a flashlight when walking the road to town at night. It's very dark and the road is narrow. Other than that, we highly recommend this spot and would go back in an instant.
