Ground floor studio with living room, dining area, bathroom and kitchen. In the living room there is a fold-away murphy bed with queen size bed, living room furniture, a ceiling ventilator and TV. The kitchen is brand new with fridge, stove and a water cooler. The dining room has a table with 6 chairs and a ceiling ventilator. The bathroom is with shower and hair dryer.
