Come enjoy some radiant sun and sand in this exquisite villa located between the beautiful towns of Cabarete and Sosua. It is one of the hottest growing beachfront gated, residential communities on the north coast. This villa is located in Perla Marina a 20 min drive from Puerto Plata airport. It can comfortably sleep 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. This newly built villa has it all, including air conditioned bedrooms, cable tv, internet access, a private pool and garden, as well as a short 2 min walk to a gorgeous secluded sandy beach.

No surprise, the place is as advertised. Went there 6 adults, 2 kids. Plent of space for us. Internet and electricity sometimes hectic, but that is the region, not specific to the house. The patio , garden, pool are so relaxing. The house is 2 minutes away from the beach, near Sosua and Cabarete. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay.

I loved my stay at Villa Hunzi! It was relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. After being there the 1st 24 hours I felt as if I had been on vacation a whole weekend! Pictures posted by the owner are true to life and I am posting a few to that effect. The reason I did not rate the Villa higher was not because the Villa did not fulfill our expectations it did; but because I know that people from all over the globe are on Trip advisor and when you rate something as great they expect luxury and amenities found in big cities. This is Cabarete, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. This is not my first time in the area so I know that the WiFi and Cable is satellite based so it can be slow or may get lost due to weather conditions. It doesn't matter if your at Perla Marina, Seahorse Ranch or a hotel.

The location was perfect, right next to a beach. The house was very big. There is a huge open kitchen/living area that opened up to a big patio and backyard. The house was extremly clean. The private pool and backyard was a huge plus. I can't wait to book another stay there!

House:
The house had plenty of room for me and my friends. Nice tv with cable in the living room, big size dining room table for meals, and open kitchen with pull-up bar chairs. Outside backyard included a private pool and more seating. All the rooms had air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Location:
This house is steps from the beach. The beach was very nice and clean - and quite private. It's also a short walk from the main beach of Cabarete. That was great for us...we got to choose between what felt like our own private beach or walk along the beach to the action of Cabarete. The house is located in its own private community, which also has a spa/restaurant.
