I loved the villa. The rooms, the pool, the overall place was nice. The problem I had was with the staff and their ability to resolve simple problems. The first day there we all decided to go for a swim in the beautiful pool. There were two towels per room or one towel per person. We never thought we would have a problem with obtaining towels. When I first went to the office to get towels, I was told they didn't have the key that we could get towels the next day. the next day I was told by the manager that the rule is two towels per room with a turn over every four days and that he would see what he could do. The manager acted as if what I was asking was crazy. As if one towel per person for four days was crazy. I never received a solution. We resolved the problem by going to town and buying towels at a high cost of about $40.00 dollars per towel.

I want to take the time to clarify what our towel procedure really is. As most people know, each villa in Casa Linda is owned by individual people around the world which means all inventory in the unit belongs to the them. This includes all towels & linens. When our guests come to Casa Linda, they receive daily maid service as well as daily pool & Garden service. Towels are changed every day! I often mention to clients however, that the number of towels in the units are enough to handle a 4 day rotation to ensure we always have enough to handle clients needs.
I apologize for the misunderstanding and am sorry if you felt that you never had service up to par. Please feel free to contact me int he office at any time and i will be more than happy to speak with you!

I had a great time and the villa was excellent! It was safe, very clean and the staff are the best. I would definitely recommend staying at Residential Casa Linda.
