Comfortable three bedroom villa near Cabarete with a nice, well-kept garden and swimming pool. Big house 380 sq. meters with spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, a separate dining room and a very comfortable living room. Smart layout allows each of the guests feel themselves in comfort and privacy and at the same time enjoy the benefits of home. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the garden and swimming pool, the other two, located on opposite sides of the house, allow you to go directly to the beach using nice walkways. Property located about 2 miles east from the town of Cabarete in a quiet , tranquil place surrouned by tropical trees and sand dunes. Sand beach stretches over the miles around. Small gated community with 24 hours guarded sequrity consist of 10 beachfront villas and 4 apartment buildings. German restaurant and few local cafes are in the walking distance. Nice spot for kite surfers is only about 500 m east along the beach. Only 5 min to drive to Cabarete with its famous Caribbean restaurants and nightlife. Closed parking is available no additional cost.
