Very comfortable duplex consisting of two separate units (upper and lower) that may be rented separately or together. Each unit has two bedrooms, one bath with a sofa sleeper in each living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
Large sloping yard, leading to over 200 feet of sandy shore, on the northeast side of beautiful Lake Namkagon. Private Dock, 14' boat, fire pit, deck and a spacious private yard with plenty of room for all your outdoor activities, are just a few of the amenities that await you.

Left on 08/21/2012 for a stay in August 2012
A nice fishing dock, swimming area, firepit with free wood, beautiful patios and deck on upper level. The outside amenities are outstanding. (rowboat available for free use...we just fished off the dock and grandchildren caught blue gills and we had a fish fry at end of week). The kitchen is very nicely stocked. Bring your own towels! They are not supplied as the ad suggests. The carpets stained and worn...a little shabby inside...sofa saggy but nice recliner in living room. Each bedroom has a double bed that was comfortable. The downstairs unit smelled musty. Both units did not have clear running water...don't know if it typical of that part of country but we bought drinking water even tho the water is potable. The upper unit is definitely nicer than the lower. The grandchildren above us sounded like a herd of buffalos...not much insulation between floors. We had great weather and enjoyed our week here. The owner next door was very pleasant and had good fishing advice if you wanted to take the boat out. The water was my main cause of concern here...it stops me from giving this a better rating. No cell phone or internet in this area. (verizon)
