Very dissatisfied with Luxury Villa Collections pre-arrival requests, many errors. Disappointing because I am a regular customer of theirs, that will probably change.

Manager
This is unfortunate, due to the fact that the pre arrival contact was in the position for only a few days prior to recieving this guest. Further more the guest fails to note that the majority of the requests made had actually been completed and the ones that were not met had been changed multiple times with very short notice.
None the less we take full resposiblitlty in our guest pre-arrival requests and have let go the staff memebr responsable for this and have appointed a more responsible person to the position.
