This seventh floor, two level, luxurious and spacious Penthouse featuring 18 foot ceilings, was completely remodeled and updated with all new furnishings in October 2008. This Penthouse is our personal home away from home and we pride ourselves on having everything in good working order and sparkling clean.
The first floor features a Beautiful Master Suite with a King size bed and Queen size leather sleeper sofa. Our family of 8 (6 kids) had one of our best vacations ever in Cabo staying at Marina Sol Resort. The staff were always very friendly and our kids felt safe and respected at all times. The Sunset Penthouse was exactly as described on Cabo Luxury Penthouses website. Clint and his property management team truly delivered exceptional service and value. We have so many great memories from this trip including learning to surf at Cabo Surf Resort (recommended and booked through the exceptional concierge at Marina Sol, Raul.) Our other fav moments were renting jet skis at Medano beach, Mexican cuisine at Sharky's and Despardo's, plus visiting Lands End by boat. Leaving was not our favourite moment but I highly recommend a meal on your last day in Cabo at Baja Brewing Company's restaurant on the roof top of Cabo Villa Resort (recommended by Clint).
Thanks for everything. We can't wait to go back!

The location is close to the beach, marina, and downtown entertainment, no taxi needed. Enjoyed the pool that had a nice bar with decent food. We enjoyed the fresh grilled happy hour tacos. Rooms were more then adequate for 3 or 4 couples, nice to have separate bathrooms. Balcony view wasn't the best (no ocean view) but we had great sunsets. We cooked our own breakfast and dinner several times, nice to have a full kitchen and barbeque. Clint took good care of us. We'll be back!

This wonderful vacation experience at Marina Sol was completely overwhelming to me from the moment we arrived at the San Jose Cabo airport. This is a gorgeous part of Mexico and is a part of the world that my wife and I had never discovered. Our accommodations over our 10 day stay were entirely luxurious yet practical and affordable for us, and we appreciate the safe and secure atmosphere found throughout the Resort. Every detail seemed to be carefully designed to meet our need at the moment. Clearly the fully furnished condominiums and the resort facilities were planned with much forethought to make our experience enjoyable, including the convenience of a small store and on-site realty office that helped me with some of my business needs during our stay. We especially enjoyed taking the opportunity to stay in two equally beautiful Penthouse units one on each side of the resort and enjoyed a poolside view with bay and city views and then a view of the other parts of the city including surrounding mountain and desert landscapes-truly panoramas that we would grow tired of. The poolside open-air bar and full kitchen served us authentic cuisine, full buffets, special all-you-can eat specials as well as exquisite drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Then after stocking up on foodgroceries with a trip to Costco and Wal-mart just minutes away, we spent equally special home cooked mealtimes in the comfort of our own fully equipped kitchen. As swimming is my favorite exercise, part of each day was spent visiting the on-site, exceptionally well-maintained pool plus long swims in the clear blue ocean waters within easy walking distance.
In total, the perfect combination of such comfortable lodging, indescribably delicious foods, and diverse choice of shows, beach side restaurants and truly Mexican culture surrounding us 24/7, all made our stay truly the most incredible vacation we have ever taken!

The beaches are splendid, the Marina a unique experience! We recommend the "Eco Cat" tour for a great photo opportunity and "The Office" restaurant right by the beach for breakfast! -

I booked this unit recently for a family / sibling reunion of sorts and it worked very well. All the 4 bedrooms were made up with King Beds and each bedrm had its own bathrom which was very handy. We all liked the convenience to downtown and the Marina. The main floor bedrms were noisy on the weekends because afterall, you're near downtown. Not a great view from the balcony but I think the overall consensus was that the convenience out weighed the view.
Wonderful service by Maggie, who called Thrifty Car Rental for me, because my flight was late and asked them to stay open until I got there.

Stayed in the Sunset Penthouse in august with my family of
6 adults with 3 kids , place was large and gave everyone there space , The Penthouse is exactly as described and the owner Clint keeps everthing in tip top shape. The advantage to renting this Penthouse over a private home is that the resort has all the ammenities , even room service and a friendly swim up bar by the pool. Also we did not need to rent a car and saved some dough on that end

This was not our first time in Cabo however it turned out to be one of our best stays yet partly thanks to the 4 Bedroom Sunset Penthouse at Marina Sol. This incredible penthouse was exactly what me and my sister had hoped for. It is within walking distance of the marina/town and the beach!! No need for taxis. It has a wonderful view of the city, especially at night with amazing sunsets!! The penthouse is exactly like the pictures and video shown. It is immaculately clean and spacious and so are the grounds. Security made us feel at ease and very safe. The pool is quiet, beautiful and very clean and has great staff looking after everyone. Excellent service and food!!
Everyone at Marina Sol were very kind and friendly, especially the owner of the penthouse Clint.
Thank you for the wonderful stay in Cabo! We cannot wait to return to this amazing penthouse and highly recommend to everyone. -

First let me tell you that all what Clint said was true!!! Location was excellent, 2 blocks to Medano Beach, 3 blocks to the Marina area, and very good restaurants 2 to 3 blocks away. The penthouse was large and spacious, two floors, so we had all the privacy we needed from our friends Jack & Diane. Everyone we met were extremely friendly and very helpful, from front-desk Raul, to the guests at the resort. The only negative was the street noise at night, since we never used the air-conditioners, and kept the windows open, and had a mountain view & not a pool view.

My family of 8 ( with my mom and Dad ) all went to Cabo just before the kids went back to school. We had a great time and really enjoyed the fact that we could walk everywhere from this Resort and did not need a rental van
or taxis to get around. Penthouse was as described and had everything , we had many breakfasts on the terrace
and 2 Bbqs when we were there. Penthouse is well laid out and having 2 levels gave all of us all some space.
we would definitly recomend this Penthouse to any family going to Cabo. -

Stayed here on a bachelor party trip with several friends. The location was perfect - minutes walk to the main beach and the bars. Clint was very helpful and professional - he made sure we were able to find all of the locations and activities we were looking for. All in all a great experience.
