In all the years we have went to Cabo and stayed on Medano Beach, never again. Las Cascadas was fantastic. The views in the picture don't do it justice live. Pedregal and Pedregal beach is 5 star. This particular condo is equipped with all you need. Wifi in your room, free calls to us and Canada, a phone for local calls, and us satellite programming. Need to call a cab? No problem. Want to walk to town? 10 minutes down the hill. It has it all, and very affordable when you compare to staying at the high end resorts. And the best property manager in Cabo San Lucas, Bibi. If you stay in Las Cascadas, I don't know how you wouldn't love it.

I have to say that this was the best experience we've had on vacation in Cabo. My husband and I visited Cabo B.C. (before children) and spent a fortune on staying in "nice hotels". Nothing compares to this place. It felt as though we were home but still on a very relaxing vacation. This condominium is fully equipped. We went to Costco and Walmart and stocked up on food and drink to last us the whole week. Because of this place we ate most of our meals at home and didn't have a need to spend on expensive restaurants. Our children enjoyed the pool but they're favorite part was watching the cruise ships from the balcony. We got to watch our very first moonrise from the balcony and it was a breathtaking sight. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing this property with us.

The whole experience we had at Las Cascadas was simply amazing. Both Kristi (the owner) and Bibi (the property manager) were extremely helpful - they went above and beyond to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. Their recommendations for dining/charters/places to visit were always right on the mark. They arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport - which was a welcome relief considering the number of people trying to lure you into their condo/cab companies. We even hired the same company to take us to Todos Santos, and the return ride back to the airport. The hills of Pedregal were our exercise and we walked everywhere. The view from the condo was nothing short of spectacular - a welcome relief to some long days spent in the City of Cabo. We loved it and will definitely recommend it to all we know who are planning a trip to Cabo. Thanks again Kristi and Bibi for making Las Cascadas our home away from home.

My husband and I just returned from an 11 day stay at Las Cascadas. We cannot say enough about the owner, Kristi, to the property manager, Bibi, to the magnificent views afforded by looking out from the balcony watching the sunrise with the cruise ships arriving, and tourists being tendered in, to the incredible night-lights of Cabo San Lucas. The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities of home. All of the supplies were provided, so you just have to bring yourselves! It was such a comfort to know at the end of a long day, you could sit back, have a refreshment on the balcony and just chill. Thanks again Kristi and Bibi for all your help - it was amazing.

This is the second month we've spent in this condo. It is a wonderful property with the best view in all of Cabo.If you like sweeping views (watch the cruise boats sail in, the sun rise, and the night lights), proximity to town, and all of the most up to date amenities, this condo is for you.

We are regular travelers to Cabo San Lucas. This year we spent Christmas to New Years week in a faboulous condo overlooking Cabo San Lucas and the Sea of Cortez. Morning sunrises were spectacluar. Views of cruise ships in the harbor breathtaking. At the end of the day, the lights of Cabo and cruise ships were awesome. All of this combines with convenient proximity to shops, restaurants, night spots, Medona Beach and the marina. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities of home, complete with the privacy and security of Las Cascades. We would definitely recommend the Las Cascades as a place to relax and enjoy Cabo San Lucas.

The condo was a great value with very modern design and amenties. The condo had a wondeful view and with the hot tub, and pool it's a great place for kids to have fun. The condo has no traffic around it and make it easy for the family to be together. Cabo downtown is close by.

To Troy and Kristi, we cannot comment enough on what a fantastic time we had in Cabo recently. Your condo is exceptionally well appointed and extremely comfortable, and the location is nothing short of superb! We had a few niggly problems that were unforeseen and unavoidable, but your immediate actions to remedy these was greatly appreciated, and in no way, should deter anyone from totally enjoying all that Las Cascadas has to offer. Bibianna, our property manager, went out of her way to welcome us and make sure that everything was to our liking, as well as providing us with some handy local knowledge on activities and entertainment. I have every intention of re-booking for the same time this year, and cant recommend highly enough, to anybody else interested in staying here...do yourselves a favour!
Once again, many thanks, and look forward to my inevitable return later this year.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Las Cascadas! The views are amazing. The condo is decorated and furnished with all the things you didn't even think of...more than comfortable. The city of Cabo San Lucas is short walk away with access to amazing beaches tucked in the hills of the Pedregal. I would recommend this place to anyone...I would even want it for my own.

We experienced the best of paradise while meeting friendly people, sampling a variety truly delicious foods in various great restaurants, and kept on the go with more fun-filled activities than we could possibly fit in the time we had. The condo was truly gorgeous and beautifully decorated with great amenities. We especially enjoyed the beauty of the pool and grill area. The location was perfect. From the deck/patio we were greeted each evening with beautiful views of Cabo's lights below us sparkling like thousands of light reflecting diamonds piercing the blackness of the night. Upon awakening each morning we were blessed to watch the artistic wonders of an unseen painter dabbing colors from the palette of the sun and painting the ancient hills with colors so vibrantly beautiful they stirred the soul. The panorama of the blue green water of the bay crowned the entire setting and brought forth a breathtaking beauty only natures greatest artist could create. There was nothing not to like about this condo and it's location. The entire experience made us want to live in Cabo, or at the very least, to visit as often as possible.
