The Portofino Condo Complex is located in a gated community in Cabo San Lucas known as Pedregal. Our Unit is nestled on the slope rising from the Cabo San Lucas Marina. Many unique and elegant homes are located in Pedregal. Close enough to hear the sounds of the Cabo San Lucas buzz during the day, and electricity of the nightlife in the evening. But far away enough to relax and enjoy your vacation at your own pace.

Rates listed for the Christmas & New Years, Peak, and Low Seasons vary. Refer to Chart.
Check In Time is 4:00 PM. Check Out Time is 11:00 AM.
Booking Deposit of $500 required at the time of booking, and is fully refundable if booking is cancelled prior to 45 days from the date of arrival.
Final Payment is due 45 days prior to arrival in all months except 60 days prior to arrival for December and January Arrivals. Cancellations made within 45 days prior to arrival forfeit the $500 booking deposit.
No refunds or adjustments for late arrivals, early departures or emergencies of any kind.
Inclusive of the stated rates are Maid Service as Follows:
Maid Service is provided at the end of stay if less than 7 days.
Maid Service is midweek and at the end of the week for stays greater than 7 days.
There is a $35 Maid Service Fee per week if your booking is greater than 7 days.
Additional Maid Service can be requested for a cost of $35 per visit.
Payment will be accepted via Check, Canadian and US Account Deposit, and Paypal.

The condo was beautiful, clean and had a great view from the balcony. The location was ideal and extremely convenient!!! It saved many taxi fares since it was within walking distance to the marina and town. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for making our vacation that much better!

At the beginning of april 2013, myself, along with four girlfriends from work, stayed in this condo for 4 nights.
This place made the Girls Trip amazing! The location on the mountainside was great for fun walks up and around the mountainside to see picturesque views and provided for great exercise.
The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the area with all the activities... The Marina, beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Felt very safe walking every day and night, to and from.
The bedrooms all have very comfortable beds!! Heaven!
The best part -- the balcony. It was so lovely to sit out there every morning and evening. We did get to grill one evening, which was also a great aspect!
The property manager is very friendly and helpful for anything you may need help with.
I definitely recommend staying here!
Surj and Tej are great owners... Always quick to respond to emails or calls.

My family recently stayed at this condo in Pedgregal. It was very beautiful. We walked everywhere which was a bit of a workout comming home but we liked that. We could walk to the marina within 15-20 mins. I loved the market that sets up at Penny lane a restaurant just below the condo, great people. We were very comfortable and the views were spectacular...

My husband and I stayed at Portofino for our first anniversary and loved the location of the condo! It was about a 10-15 walk to the marina and Medano Beach--from either of those you can take a water taxi to all the private beaches along the coast. Then, in the evenings we could come back to our condo and it was such a peaceful neighborhood, great for relaxing on the balcony and cooking on the BBQ! The condo itself was very nice, felt like a home away from home! The Parhar's were absolutely a breeze to work with, and make sure that everything is in place for you to have a wonderful Cabo experience.

We travelled from New Zealand and stayed here for 11 nights and fully enjoyed it. We had two kids under 5 so having the 3 bedrooms and the comforts of home was great.
Everything was as expected and we would stay again if we ever returned.
One small inconvenience was having very limited shade by the pool. I did note this mentioned on another review also. With the weather being so hot and with the young kids even an umbrella or two would've been good. This did in no way take away from the amazing place and easy access to Cabo township

We were very pleased to stay here, not only is it within walking distance to everything, it's still very quiet and private. Never were we disturbed by neighboring condos. Everyone in the complex is very nice and friendly. Condo was immaculate with a great layout for multiple couples staying at the same time. Amenities were great. Kitchen was great for staying in and cooking meals when we didn't want to hit town. Cabs run to the condo for an easy $5 when you're too tired to walk back.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay close to all the action. We will definitely being staying here again for our next trip to Cabo! -

Where do I start? The location, the amenities, the view, the customer service? It was all too amazing that I don't know where to start. The condo is a 5 minute drive to downtown/marina and 8 minute drive to the beach. The pool is :30 seconds from your door as well. On the way to the condo from the airport you pass by Costco, Walmart, etc to get you groceries before arriving at the condo. Once you arrive to the gated property, everyone from security to the property manager are very friendly and very helpful. The property manager assigns you a parking spot and shows you the way to the condo. He shows you around the condo and you quickly see that everything you will need is there (except for your groceries, unless you request them ahead of time)! The view is amazing! The picture makes no justice to the actual view. In addition, if you need anything, the property manager is quick to answer questions and/or resolve any issues you may run into. Next time visiting Cabo, I will definitely book this condo. Highly recommended!

This captivating condo is halfway to Heaven through being atop a cobbled hill that provides a superb 180 degree view of Cabo San Lucas and Bahia San Lucas. It is stylish, luxuriously comfortable, efficiently maintained and sparkling clean with all the amenities of home. The owners are delightful to deal with and Property Manager alvaro charmingly cooperative.
It is about a 15 minute walk to the Marina, but one might prefer taking a taxi back as the walk back up is rather steep.
A local market sets up Wednesday and Saturday mornings within steps of the complex selling fresh produce, breads, pastries, etc. It appears to be very popular with the residents.
Activities and attractions are too numerous to identify, but three must be mentioned.If dining out occasionally is planned, we recommend doc Wine Bar for its Italian cuisine, seductive service and splendid wine list and Salvatore's for similar offerings. Mexican restaurants are numerous and generally excellent. And if acquisition of some exquisite, fairly priced jewellery, designed and created on the premises is your desire, see angel Barrara and Carlos at aB Fine Jewelry Designers on Miguel Hidalgo between Madero and Zapata. -

We had a wonderful experience! The condo was very nice, the beds comfortable, and the view gorgeous! The walk into town went pretty quickly, but we used taxis for our returns. The pools were very close and often empty. Having the organic market and french cafe so close was a definite plus. We felt very "at home" and safe during our stay.

We had an excellent 3 months stay in your condo.It was perfect for our family of 4. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could want and need. The cleaning service you provide once a week was perfect and she was very friendly. The manager was great easy to get a hold of and quick to make sure our every need was taken care of. The condo was in a perfect location we could walk to the marina or down town in 15 min. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Cabo.

Pools needed umbrellas for shade. Manager was sometimes hard to contact. Condo was great. Lots of amenities.
