Gianna's condo is comfortable and lovely for sleeping 4-6 persons. One of the beds is in the living room, which is a bit odd and inconvenient, but does add sleeping space if you need it. The condo is in a very quiet condo building that was largely unoccupied when we were there. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to relax after a day at the beach or town, this is the place. There are currently no amenities at the complex other than a pool, but there are spas and restaurants nearby. Very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

This was the first trip that my wife & I made to Cabo San Lucas and it was delightful. Giana was very helpful & thorough during preliminary arrangements and Mark & Chichela were at the condo to greet us when we arrived. Not only was the condo spacious and well laid out, but the ceilings were high with crown moulding throughout and walls trimmed in faux stone. Storage space was ample. The veranda was good size with sliding door access from both the living room and master bedroom and had a view of the pool and the beach and Medano Bay. When the cruise ships were in, it appeared as if you could reach out and touch them. The location of this condo is waqlking distance to Medano Beach and many of it's resorts & restaurants and a short bus or cab ride to the Marina & town(Bus-10 pesos;Taxi-100 pesos.We did not rent a car for our trip. Taxis to & from the airport in San Jose were between $70 & $85 USD. The staff at the property was very friendly & helpful, especially Cruz at the front gate.We would highly recommend Puerta Cabos Village #204.

We stayed here for 8 nights in January 2013. We were a group of 5 and had plenty of space for all 5 of us. Before we even booked the room with Giovanna we had numerous questions about the room and location and she was always available to answer any questions we had. She was very accommodating so we could have 5 people in the room. She went over and above to provide sufficient sleeping accommodations for all 5 of us-she went as far as bringing in an extra bed for the 5th person. When we got to the condo the property manager (Mark) was there to greet us and was very friendly and answered all questions we had.
The condo/room was very spacious and very relaxing. It was convenient to also have a washer and dryer in the room-an added bonus. The room is beautiful-very nicely decorated with everything top of the line. The balcony is huge and overlooks the pool and you also have a view of the beach from the balcony. The room came with all of the comforts of home except it was in Cabo-what more could you ask for?
We would recommend this room to anyone and we liked it so much that we are coming back in april. -

Our recent 11 night stay at this Puerta Cabos Village condo couldn't be improved one bit! The condo is attractively furnished, in an excellent location (it truly is just a few minute walk to the best part of the beach), and the service we received before, during, and after our stay was incredible. The owner, Giovanna, answered numerous questions, all very promptly, and was courteous and thoughtful in her preparation of the place. When we had a query or request during our stay, we were immediately contacted and there was someone there within an hour to help us.
As a family of five, it was spacious enough for us to have privacy yet cozy enough to spend many days hanging out in various areas of the apartment. The balcony is massive with a view of the ocean, there is a very comfortable living room area and large kitchen and table for full meals. The bedrooms have tons of storage for clothes and luggage and the ceilings of the building are very high which give the place a grand feeling. The master bathroom had a wonderful jacuzzi-jetted tub and was extremely spacious. The bed linens were new and good quality and the kitchen is well-equipped with anything you might need to create a meal. You can tell that a great deal of thought was put into making this condo comfortable for guests.
We found the location to be quite convenient, particularly for visiting the beach. It is a walkable distance to the center of town, and a safe walk returning home from nightclubs late at night. We found there were a few convenience stores quite close by but for a larger load of groceries it would be necessary to have a car or rent one to visit one of the larger stores (which are about 5 minutes away by car).
All in all, my family and I thought this condo represents great value and is ideal for a long or short-term stay in Los Cabos. You won't be disappointed! -
