The resort sits on Medano beach and a full array of beach activities are available nearby. Villa La Estancia boasts a poolside restaurant, La Parrilla and another 5 star seafood/steakhouse - La Casona. A swim up bar is included within the large multilevel pool. Food and beverage service is available for both those using the pool and loungers in the private beach area.
Good restaurants abound nearby, and downtown shops and nightlife are a short walk or drive away. We had a great time in this penthouse. It is a perfect get-a-away location with an unbelievable view. You have the option of hanging out poolside at the resort or a more quiet time at the penthouse' terrace and jacuzzi. We can't wait to go back.

I have stayed at Villa La Estancia 1-2 times a year over the past 5 years and we always love it. Then I booked the penthouse for a group of doctors that were traveling with me for a business trip last week. They started clapping when we got to the room and were still smiling 4 days later. Get this room and you will be the star!!

We recently visited this property and it was a positive experience all the way around. We found the villa itself to be incredibly beautiful. The views from indoors and from the multiple outdoor terraces are breath taking. The pool is great and the views from the many hot tubs are amazing. The poolside restaurant gave us the luxury of eating while lounging. We were impressed by the service and the reasonable prices.
The location of this property is prime because it is right on the beach and only a short walk or drive to the many restaurants along the beach and in the downtown area. Having access to the gym at the resort made way for us to really enjoy all of the delicious foods at the nearby restaurants. We were living in luxury during our stay at this property and we definitely plan to return to get spoiled some more.
