This rental house is located directly at the best surf beach in Cabo. You could not have better access or a better view of Zippers while sitting in the pool or spa. We typically like to load up the fridge with drinks and groceries from the near by Megamart which enables us to hang out all weekend long withour having to drive around much. Several resturants are within walking distance for eating out, and more are available with a short drive. Old town San Jose del Cabo is about a 15 minute drive east while Cabo San Lucas is about a 25 minute drive west. I have stayed at this rental twice now and the neghboring rental one other time, and I always enjoy the location.

House was large and clean with the exeception of few cockroaches running around. Location usegreat for surfers, beach lovers and with swimming pool right at beach. House staff was very helpful. Nanci was always available before and during our vacation.
