My fiance and I, along with my parents, took a trip to Cabo in November and absolutely loved staying at the Hacienda 2301. The condo is in a perfect location within the property being right in the middle. Great view of the bay off the back porch where you can see all the ships that come in. The condo is beautiful inside and out and has a very comfortable feeling. There is everything you could ever want in the condo. Nice big flat screen in the living room with satellite t.v. I couldn't believe it but they actually had the NFL package which I took full advantage of. Big wine fridge which came in handy for our big wine family. The patio has comfy patio furniture especially great in the morning reading a paper with a cup of coffee. If it's cool enough the patio doors slide open all the way across, making the living room one with the back patio which is really cool. The beds are extremely soft and comfortable. The bathrooms are very very nice. We have rented several places in Cabo over the years but I think we have found our spot for all future visits.
The Hacienda itself is very very nice. The grounds are manicured to perfection. The fitness center has everything you need for a good workout, including regular fitness classes like spin and yoga (the yoga class on the paddle boards in the early morning is awesome). The pool area is top of the line, absolutely beautiful with negative edge overlooking Medano Beach and Lands End across the way. Great pool service with tasty tappas and drinks brought to you all day if that is your wish. The service at the Hacienda Residencies overall is top notch. Every single person that worked there, regardless of job, went out of thier way to make us comfortable. Restaraunt is great for dinner, good service, good wine, drinks, and food, we loved it; However, I would be remiss if I didn't disclose that I got food poisoning from the seafood posole there (only thing nobody else ate). I would go back despite this though (things happen) -

That about sums it up! The real stand-out though is the unit itself. So often when i travel, the room is secondary to everything else because I don't plan to spend much time there ... but in this case, it is so central to everything that I kept coming back throughout the day and night to enjoy the beautiful suite, decks and even felt inspired to cook much more than i normally would. The infinity pools were relaxing and uncrowded and the resort amenities were second-to none. The staff were very professional and helpful and offered a very high end experience. I highly recommend Hacienda 2301.

Our trip was for family and friends, we were a total of 8 (4 adults-4 children) and the condo was perfect! The kids ages 6-11 had such a great time and loved being right on the beach! The resort is amazing and everyone there was very nice and helpful, tending to your every need. Leslie, the concierge made sure we had everything we needed and was just wonderful. The place itself is so beautiful and has so much room. More than 8 people can easily be accomodated if needed. I travel to Cabno regularly to visit family and this was my first time staying at the Hacienda. I canhonetly say this is my new favorite and will stay ther from now on, rather than any other place...Perfect is all that comes to mind!

David Girard and his team in Mexico were excellent - everthing went seamlessly from being picked up on time at the airport, having a child's seat in the van, getting to the unit quickly, we were driven to buy our own supplies and food immediately, extra bedding for the kids was provided immediately. the location was exceptional and the suite was perfect for a relaxing 'high end' vacation. it couldn't have been easier to enjoy our kids and the location. staff at hascienda were excellent and attentive. we've already booked for same time next year!

Wow! This place was fantastic. 5 star service at the restaurant, pool and spa. Everything was clean and new. Staff were exceptional and friendly. Beautiful private beach without the hassel of Mexican selling their wares. 5 minute walk to the town makes for the perfect stroll. Even golf carts to drive you back to your suite from the pool or restaurant if you don't like the 2 minute walk. Sun Cabo vacations did a first class job of arranging everything from airport transfers to even taking us to Costco to stock up our kitchen for a week with the family!

This place was better than what you see in the pictures. When we walked in we were blown away and were ready to book for the following year. Unbelievable value and the best location to stay at in Cabo!! The staff at the hacienda was top notch too. They treated us like royalty. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone.
