We stayed 4 nights in December. The condo was so wow, I was like this is nicer than any hotel in the world. The grounds were beyond superb. It is very intimate and private! Paul, our guide was absolutely exceptional! I will never go anywhere else in Cabo. I strongly recommend this to anyone looking for the most memorable trip of their life.

This was my first trip to Cabo. I have been to many areas of Mexico, but this was my first trip to Cabo. First I have to say- it is now my very favorite place in Mexico and I will return many times. We went with a group of eight which consisted of four couples. The condo is new, beautifully decorated, plush and a very comfortable set up for a group this size. There is a gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez from the over sized balcony. Upon arrival the staff promptly greeted us at the gate by name, and escorted us to the condo. The staff was so friendly and helpful, ready to accommodate any request. We spent a day at the spa which was lovely, and had wonderful massages. There is a hot tub and cold plunge which was so nice during the summer. The food at the restaurant was all very fresh and homemade- even though we were within walking distance to so many restaurants on Medano Beach, we ended up eating many meals in the restaurant on the property because it was so delicious! One day we kayaked (the property has kayaks, snorkeling gear and paddle boards for your use at no charge) from Medano Beach over to Lovers Beach and Pelican Rock to snorkel. It was a absolutely beautiful and so much fun! Warning though- make sure to pack your sunscreen in the kayak. I left mine behind after applying in the morning thinking it was going to be a quick trip over there, but it was so much fun we spent the entire day and I got really sunburned. The infinity pool also has breathtaking views of the entire Sea of Cortez! I cant say enough wonderful things about my Hacienda experience. I highly recommend to anyone!

The residence is palatial. When you walk in - it is breathtaking views and 5 star luxury. What we loved:
1) Huge, modern kitchen with everything you can think of
2) Massive sub-zero refrigerator to fit food for large groups
3) Every appliance and gadget you can think of stocked and waiting for you
4) Perfect layout with bedrooms in all corners offering privacy and sleep ins for those inclined
5) 4 bathrooms - all large, modern, well designed
6) master suite that is beautifully appointed, spacious and well thought out
7) living room with plenty of seating + huge flat screen television, lamps for reading - just smartly layed out to accommodate anything you might want to do with however many of you want to join in. They didn't cut corners anywhere-immaculately appointed and luxurious.
8) Large dining table neatly set to seat 10 people
9) 2 consatina doors that open the entire living/dining area up to the outdoors
10) amazing views of the ocean
11) wraparound deck that has great seating and is great for reading, playing games, pre-dinner drinks and just relaxing
12) Best pool of any resort we have ever stayed in! Our kids love it but so did we. They will pull your chairs into the water, set up umbrellas anywhere you like them, provide plush towels, serve you at a moment's notice
13) Amazing service - well staffed, well trained, polite and efficient; they remembered all of our names when we came back the 2nd time.
14) reasonable food & beverage prices - eating at the pool is reasonable and much less expensive than any of the surrounding restaurants - unusual! + good wine list
We have recommended this place to so many of our friends. It would be hard for them to improve the experience. First visit was summer 2010 and we have now been 3x. We leave in 3 weeks for a trip with 8 couples for my husband's 50th and are renting this residence + 2-202 to accommodate everyone.

The condo and resort far exceeded our expectations. The views are amazing from the balcony and there is unbelievable attention to detail in every aspect of the resort and decor. Furthermore, the staff at Hacienda are super friendly and always available. You feel like you have the best part of the beach all to yourself. We are planning a family vacation there again this year.

I rented 1-202 for a 40th birthday party trip. We had 3 couples and it was perfect. The unit is elegantly finished and the bedrooms are Mexican chic. My wife loved the candle holders over the giant tub.
The Hacienda staff is as good as any in Cabo! They will stock your unit if you so desire. The pool is very private with a tremendous wait staff that all speak English. The pool side menu is top notch. Also, the beach and amenities are 25 feet from the pool. Kayaks to the arch it is a great workout!
The health club and spa are first class and the yoga instructor is great. Overall, I would recommend the Hacinda unit 1-202 to anyone.Response from Elite Destination Homes - 02/20/2013

This condo has it all - location, decor, amenities, privacy, etc. Perfect for a romantic getaway or for a family vacation. All of the comforts of home are at your fingertips and the Hacienda property has it all, too. You are within walking distance to everything in Cabo - no need for a car. The personal conceirge service is an added bonus.
