I enjoyed a wonderful week of elegant relaxation in a sumptuous home that was as comfortable as it was beautiful. The bedrooms are large, well-lit, airy and private. The views are spectacular. The kitchen in centrally located and easy to use. It was a special treat!!!

Casa Sirena is so beautiful that it's hard to describe. The view from the main room should be in travel magazines. Everything a family needs for a vacation is provided. We had a fabulous time. Wish we could go back...maybe we will.

I have stayed at Casa Sirena numerous times over the past 5 years. If this doesn't say it all, let me write a bit more... Staying in this gorgeous home makes you feel as if you are on the show "Homes of the rich and famous". All of the rooms are spaceous and have an amazing view. It is very clean and has a wonderful open feeling. Also, it is close enough to walk to town if you don't want to rent a car (a great work out too!). Carrie (owner), is super knowledgable about the area, which is always helpful (ask her about the Sunday Brunch location-yum!). In general, the perfect casa to enjoy a margarita...or 7!

I rented Casa de la Sirena for my 40th birthday celebration with 9 friends. The house was absolutely perfect and much more than we hoped for. Everyone had their own private bedroom and bathroom which was an absolute must for us when we were looking for villas. We spent 99% of our time at the outdoor bar and pool areas which we absolutely perfect for a large group- we never felt too crowded. The Pedregal location was very nice and close to town. We did end up renting a car for the week so we could get to the grocery store easily, but did utilize cab service most of the time going into town for the evening. For the 9 of us, cab services ran $3 per person each way. We would definitely recommend utilizing the chef services recommended by Lisa and Juan and we also treated ourselves to massage services at the villa - an absolute must! The property is maintained very well - Juan checked in on us often making sure we had everything we needed. We have very high standards when traveling and I would give this villa our highest recommendation without a doubt.

I came here for a bachelor party for my best friend. We looked at a lot of places but Casa Sirena was definetly a couple steps above the other places we looked at for the exact same price. Unbelievable value! Close to downtown, and breathtaking views pretty much sums it up. The owners (easy to work with) offered to bring in a chef and a massage service for small fee. Overall 5 stars, I would stay again and probably will.

Each year, our family gets together over the Thanksgiving holiday in a warm location outside the continental U.S. We have been fortunate to stay in some truly lovely homes. This one surpasses them all. We (8 adults and 2 children) stayed at Casa de la Sirena for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday and will definitely be coming back. Words fail in trying to describe this stunning property. And as beautiful as they are, the pictures simply don't (and can't) do it justice. This home is breathtaking and its caretakers are kind, professional, and thorough without being obtrusive. Every room, excluding the theatre room, has an unobstructed view of the ocean and the living room boasts nearly floor to ceiling windows (which provide a truly panoramic view of Pedregal, the beach, and the Pacific Ocean). The hot tub and two pools also overlook the ocean and Pedregal beach. The kitchen and bathrooms are all well-appointed and thoughtfully laid out. It's clear the owners have spent considerable time here and despite its size and grandeur, Casa Sirena truly feels like a warm and welcoming home. Although this was our first time in Cabo San Lucas and we had every intention of spending more time exploring the area, we found ourselves mostly hanging out at the house, playing tennis, and swimming and Bbq'ing at the outdoor pagoda. We had plenty of room and enough varied entertainment/activities to suit us all. And to top it all off, the owners are such sweet, down-to-earth people and were a pleasure to work with. As much as I'm going to hate the competition for dates, I cannot recommend this vacation home more highly. Your friends and family will be blown away.

We rented La Casa Sirena for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place. We had a group of 12 ranging in age from 11 to 78 and everyone of us had an amazing experience. From the moment we walked through the door it just got better and better. And the view is simply stunning. Although the walk to town and the beach was a bit hard for the elderly, we still felt it was a great location. If my parents went to town it was about a 2 minute drive. Those of us who wanted to walk could easily walk to the beach in about 5 or so minutes or walk to town in about 7 minutes. However, the house is so amazing you don't need to leave. The 2 pools and the hot tub along with the incredible views make you want to stick "at home". We filled the home theater man nights and had a great selection of movies for all ages. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful nothing has been overlooked. The kitchen was more than fully stocked with every utensil you would need. The house has a very casual and relaxing atmosphere, yet still beautifully decorated. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom and all were very secluded. They were all tastefully decorated and clean, and each with the amazing view. Working with the owner could not have been more pleasant. They are so friendly, helpful and so easy to work with. When we requested information regarding a chef and a photographer, they found us the perfect people. They truly made us feel like family and I felt a real friendship with them while going through the rental process. I would most certainly rent from them again. This house is perfect for family gatherings, couples renting together, and girls trips. I would definitely rent it again for any occasion.
