This gorgeous house is located in the most prestigious
development in Los Cabos - Palmilla, Caleta. This is also
the location of the 'One & Only' Palmilla Hotel made famous
by the Hollywood celebrities of the 50s and 60s.
The house has 4 bedrooms and they and the rest of the house
is conveniently equipped with top of the line appliances and
fixtures. The feel of the house is very much Mexican Baja,
large rooms and open plan spaces help to keep the house cool
and maximize the breezes off the Sea of Cortez.

The home and as well as the service was great. We will rent again! We had 11 people,2 were teenagers and 3 toddlers, the only thing to be cautious of - if you have alot of teenagers, the pools would be too small. However, for toddlers and younger kids it was perfect!
The home was so comfortable and functioned well. -

Mostly i was surprised that everything in the house actually worked: air-conditioner, hot water, jaccuzzi, fireplace, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, cable TV, entertainment/sound system, international phone line, the all-in-one fax scanner, and most of all Wi-Fi Internet. Wtf?, was i really in Mexico? The 2 ice makers, however, could not keep up with the 9 of us and our need for cold beverages and 'slowly made but perfect' Margaritas. "Is my F'n drink ready yet??"

We had a great time with our family. We relaxed, shopped, went out to eat, and went on some tourist adventures. Perfect weather the whole week we stayed. Staff was attentive.

My husband and I couldn't be more thrilled with our experience and stay through Sun Cabo. Since both of our families are scattered throughout the country, we decided to have a destination wedding in order to allow the two families to truly get to know each other through a fun-filled and relaxing vacation. I just have to say that every single thing about our stay was extremely phenomenal and exceeded any expectations we could have had for the trip.
We rented Casa alegria & Casa Juan together (since we had a total of 22 guests + 1 infant lodging in the two houses). Casa alegria was our main gathering house where we cooked all the meals, dined as a family, played board games/family game night, lounged, etc. When you look at the photos, you feel like it's too good to be true and that there will be a catch...only to realize when you actually arrive that the photos don't do this place justice! We had our dream wedding and vacation and it was truly amazing. The security makes you feel extremely safe. Couldn't have been happier with the lodging facilities. It was pure luxury, and it was an unforgettable experience for our entire group. I can't say enough great things about this place, and we hope to come back again!! :)
Leslie was our concierge and she was amazing as well! She definitely helped us out immensely, but she could tell it was hectic at times with so many guests arriving and only stopped by as needed. She was great!
When we do come back and vacation in Cabo, I don't think we could possibly stay in any other area except for Palmilla Caleta. It is (in our opinion) by far the best area in Los Cabos where you get the best of all worlds. Even as we arrived and went through customs and picked up our rental cars...when everyone asked where we would be staying, their eyes lit up with a huge smile as soon as we told them "Palmilla Caleta". Everyone kept saying we made a good choice as it is the best of the best...and we quickly saw why they thought so!

Our family stayed at Casa alegria for spring break this year and it was one of the best and most relaxing vacations we have had. The house was perfect for our family, everyone has their own space and of course we spent most of our time in the pool and outside on the fabulous deck overlooking the ocean. We would definitely suggest hiring Chef Sergio--the food was fantastic and such a treat not having to cook or think about going out to dinner when we were having way too much fun relaxing poolside. And the staff at Suncabo were always accessible and very accommodating. We would definitely come back!

The first home was not a good experience. Nice home but electricity kept
shutting off. Second home was very nice, good location but unable to use the
amenities. Leslie the concierge was great and willing to help with anything she
could. Temperature was too hot that time of year unless you are in the water
full time. Would rent a beachfront home next time because that is where our
kids want to spend the majority of the time. They want good boogie boarding
waves. Overall a good trip and no one got the Swine Flu! -
