A house with separate apartments that can be individually

rented, Casa Sueno boasts beachfront at its doorstep with an

expansive view of the ocean. A large outdoor patio is ideal

for yoga practice, exercise or lounging around under the

sun. The swimming pool is lovely and most inviting.

With a beach renowned for surfing and sought out by those

looking for a great wave, Casa Sueno offers the option of

privacy within its own spacious confines or the fun of

joining others on the sand. Whether you want to venture out

into the surf yourself, or just watch the action, you are at

the foot o...f Los Cabos surfers paradise.

Decorated with Mexican handpainted tiling and handcrafted

wood furnishings throughout, this house is colourful and

warm. With rustic features and terracotta tones, it has a

Mexican ambiance. Outdoor balconies on each level enable

outdoor dining with a fabulous view.

The ground-level Sands Suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.

There is a queen size bed in the ocean view master bedroom

and a full bed in the second bedroom. There is a quaint

palapa (palm frond) covered patio which is just steps away

from the surf and the fabulous white sand Costa Azul beach.

The Sands Suite is about 800 sq. feet. Please note one of

the two bedrooms is not air conditioned.

The second-floor Sunrise Suite provides the perfect setting

for 2 couples or a family. With approximately 1300 sq. ft.

the Sunrise Suite has 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 single beds)

and 2 full baths. It also has plenty of room for

entertaining, indoors, or out on the spacious balcony, where

the beach and surf are always in view.

The third-floor Birdnest Suite is a studio with adjoining

living area and breakfast nook. Its elevated seclusion comes

with a panoramic view of the ocean and beach. With a queen

  A Wonderful Christmas in Cabo.

  Our family of 10 spent the week of Christmas at this beautiful location. The house was perfect for our group with its 3 kitchens and 3 levels. The tilework throughout was amazing and gave the feeling of a warm and welcoming Mexican home, we all felt it was our casa. The location was perfect, right on the beach, it was as though we had our own private boogie boarding beach. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Each and every one of our group loved every day there, and are definitely planning to return. The owners Chris and Sheila, were more than helpful and super nice and friendly. When my mother missed her connecting flight and was delayed a day, Chris was willing to take my sister and I to the airport to get her so she doesn't get lost again. That sevice was above and beyond and meant so much. The restaurant suggestions by Chris and Sheila, were always, never fail, superb. Good food, service and price. Just a super house, on a beautiful beach, and a great location to give us a most wonderful Christmas. Anita and Jon

  The best family vacation

  This was the family vacation that I have dreamed of!
  The group included grandparents, Kids and Grandchildren. Ten in all from ages 4 to 70. Everyone had a wonderful time.
  The house was everything I hoped it would be. The view was spectacular! The location was perfect!
  The grounds and the pool were well maintained. The pool was not just for kids. It was deep enough for everyone to enjoy. The patio area had a great grill to grill the fish we caught. All the kitchens were well stocked, beds were comfortable and the house was beautiful.
  The beach was wonderful too.
  The other review talked about the noise, we didn't notice it except for Saturday night.
  I would highly recommend Casa Sueno for anyone wanting a wonderful vacation.

  literally on the beach with its own pool, palapa and Wi-Fi.
  
  if you're a very light sleeper, then you may be aware of some traffic noise
  
  very easy place to relax, read and tan
