Located in the prestigious, secure and gated community of
Pedregal this colorful, bright house has been recently
renovated and is one of our favorites. Just a short walk to
downtown Cabo San Lucas the location is hard to beat.
In addition to the three bedrooms and three bathrooms,
there are 2 Queen size sofa sleepers in the living room so
up to 10 guests may stay with comfortable arrangements -
making Casa Tequilla a great value.
The lovely new pool is surrounded by a spacious patio area
with great views of Lands End, the bay and downtown.

My family (Myself, my wife and three children ages 9,11 and 13) stayed at this villa for 21 days during christmas / new years of 2012. The location cannot be beat, only one block from a walk through gate that puts you right at a little supermarket and onto "resturant row" where some of the best dining in Cabo is. The house was comfortable and well appointed for the cost and we felt not only at home here but, safe and I did not feel that I had to be a security guard. Anytime there were (minor) issues, the Essv person or property manager responded and rectified within 24 hours. The only items I would like to see improved would be the outdoor patio / pool area: the tiles are badly corroded and difficult to navigate (even prior to happy hour) and the pool is unheated and quite cold (even for a Canadian). These are both minor in nature and I would happily stay here again and again and hold onto many fond memories and look for wards to returning in the near future.

The house was even more beautiful than it is in the pictures. The neighborhood is absolutely the best! Some wonderful restaurants and a small grocery store are just 2 blocks' walk away! We could not have found a better place to stay for a relaxing, peaceful senior year spring break from university!

Casa Tequila is a quaint house that is the prefect size for a hand full of friends. It sits at a perfect location giving you panoramic views and an easy walk to town. Because it's situated at the end of the street you can walk through the back gate which drops you down to the back shops and restaurants of Cabo (about a 3-5 minute walk).
This house has all the amenities and you'll be comfortable during your stay. It has a great pool with an outside bar and a comfortable living room for relaxing after a long day in the sun. The kitchen is the perfect size for actually using and hanging around in while making drinks and looking at the views. There's a convenient store just down the street, so if you forgot the limes you can take a quick jog and pick up some goodies.
I would recommend this house because it's affordable and the location in Pedregal is perfect. -

This is an unbelievable villa. For the price and location we could not have asked for more. It is only about a 5 minute walk to town. The house is in great condition and the view is beautiful. We still reminisce about it today and plan on returning soon.
