Truly one of the most beautiful homes in the Pedregal

community, Villa Andaluza offers guests a private and ultra-

luxurious hilltop getaway.

Named for the Andalusian architecture of Southern Spain,

Andaluzas design is part Moorish castle, part palatial

hacienda. Impressive stone towers are accented by red-tiled

awnings and elegant columns.

The interior design of the home blends modern with classic.

Contemporary artwork, sleek leather furnishings, and stylish

fixtures are complimented by hand-crafted wood furnishings

and the distinctive elegance of Spanish Colonial decor.

Each... bedroom has a warm and comfortable ambiance. The

sophisticated style of each room is matched only by the

opulence of the ensuite baths, with their exquisite marble

and tile finishing. Throughout the home, the natural rock

of the Pedregal hillside acts as an accent wall, adding a

rustic and natural element to this ultra-chic villa. In the

main living area, two lounge spaces, a media center with

pool table, and a formal dining room are connected in an

open design. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel

appliances, granite countertops, and a small breakfast bar.

Expansive floor-to-ceiling walkways connect indoor and

outdoor living at Andaluza. The cantera-tile pool deck

looks much like a posh beach club. Luxurious red lounge

chairs, sun umbrellas, and grand infinity pool are all

surrounded by beautiful landscaping and large, shady palms.

Set high atop the Pedregal hillside, Villa Andaluza also

offers guests some of the most beautiful views of the

Pacific Ocean.

  We stayed at Villa andaluza for 4 nights in September. We had a pretty large party, 6 couples and flew in from San Diego, nice easy ride. We rented thru Cabo Villas who also arrange complimentary pick up from the airport thru TransCabo, very professional service. We arrived at the house and were blown away. If you think the pics look good wait till you get there! The staff at the house exceed expectations, Jorge and Benjamin take care of every little detail. The food was incredible. We had breakfast every day and dinner one night at the house. We arranged for a pre-stock thru Cabo Villas for our arrival. This house is at the top of the Pedragal gated community, fantastic 180 degree ocean view. All 6 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. All rooms are spectacular but one, which has a queen size bed and right across from the garage, so I would recommend 5 couples and maybe one single person take the 6th bedroom. That being said, the bedroom was well appointed with a TV and a/c worked great, just compared to other bedrooms, not on par. The bedrooms are located in 2 different areas of the house which give a lot of privacy. There are 3 bedrooms in the first part of the house off the main stairs, then you go through the pool area to the main house and there are 3 bedrooms upstairs including the master suite which is incredible, huge room great views, large balcony with its own private spa and fire pit.
  
  We did massages one day which I thought were very reasonable, a few of us also did the zip line tour, which is more of an adventure tour, includes rock climbing, wire cable crossing, repelling etc. In the heat of the day not the best idea, but fun.
  
  We did not rent a car. In Cabo they have the van cabs which was more than enough to get us all into one cab to downtown. To be honest the house is so phenomonal that you won't want to leave. The pool is great, a little on the smaller side but still wonderful. The music system is good, we brought our Ipod. Not sure if all the Tv's worked in the bedrooms as we did not use them.
  
  This is the first time I've stayed at a house in Cabo, usually always at a hotel. I have to say, I'm sold this is the way to go, the houses are in fantastic shape. The maid came every day and cleaned and kept everything tidy. I will say, please be prepared to tip your house crew as they work extremely hard to keep things in order.
