What Past Guests Are Saying
Great place, great time and super easy transaction
Had a group of 4 out here during January and had a blast. The place is huge, the amenities are perfect, and the location was great. I would suggest renting a car in town from someone like U Safe (60 bucks total for 3 days) as there is a little bit of a hike in and out of the complex and the 15 dollar van/ taxi rides can add up. One other note is to remember how to pronounce Ballena in Spanish as there is another location similar to Ballena when pronounced in English that can cause some confusion getting to and from the Villa when you are in a taxi. What can I say, everything worked, everything was clean, the place is really just like the photos.
A group of friends and I stayed in the Villa Ballena for about nine days as a graduation trip. Simply put, this was the most enjoyable vacation of my life. The location was spectacular, safe, beautiful.
The Villa itself was breathtaking. Spacious, comfortable, etc. Can easily accommodate 4 couples (There are four rooms with king-size beds) plus several large couches for single friends.
In any case, this place was unbelievable, and was cheap enough for a bunch of college-age kids to afford. In fact, I spent more on the plane ticket than on the villa and food combined.
