This 3,600 square foot luxury retreat is set on the hilltop

of the exclusive community of Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas.

Villa Luna Nueva combines the simplicity of Pueblo Revival

architecture with Mediterranean roof domes and elegant

touches of Spanish Colonial style.

The crisp white domes stand out against the level roofs;

beautiful wood-beamed awnings, arched doorways, and spacious

open floor plan add some hacienda-style qualities to this

truly unique villa.

The traditional elements of the exterior design are

contrasted by the modern interior dcor. Elegant simplicity

flows thro...ughout the home, with exquisite marble flooring,

strong pieces of art, beautiful pottery, lightly textured

walls, and decorative niches being the most outstanding

style features.

Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite bath, intricately

decorated with hand-laid tiles. The gourmet kitchen has

lovely granite countertops and all appliances, as well as a

casual dining area. The living room features leather

furnishings and a large 50 flat screen TV. There is a

formal dining room perfect for indoor entertaining.

Expansive doorways connect the living and dining areas with

the outdoor patio, creating an open and airy environment.

The villas terraces, sun deck, and large pool deck provide

extensive outdoor living areas. The covered patio has a bar

with granite countertops, bar stools, and a stainless-steel

gas BBQ. There is also an outdoor seating area under the

awning - ideal for al fresco entertaining.

Villa Luna Nueva truly shines in the evening as the numerous

hanging lanterns on the patio provide soft romantic light.

Unwind in the Jacuzzi, swim in the circular pool, or relax

on the lounge chairs under the warm Baja sun. In the nearby

garden, meandering bougainvillea and lush palm trees provide
