This was absolutely the most beautiful and luxurious villa we have stayed in either in Mexico or the Carribean. We stayed there 5 nights but didn't want to leave. Villa Maria has so many bedrooms which are furnished with very beautiful and magnificent furniture that it was difficult to decide which room to stay in. The baths in each room are also beautiful. Maria's husband is an architect and did such a beautiful job on their home. We also loved the beautiful infinity pool, the spa and the fire pit. We also played our iTunes through their system and played it outside by the pool. We only left the villa for breakfast and dinner although they had a beautiful kitchen and amazing outdoor grill and patio!!!

This is an amazing house with a great view and beautiful grounds/pool. Decor is gorgeous. There were five couples in our group, and our only problem was that we did not have a good understanding of the bedrooms in this house. There were five bedrooms, each with a bath, but the fifth is down by the garage and has two twin beds. The maid did push them together to make a queen, but it was still disappointing to the couple who stayed in that room. Especially because the other four bedrooms were so nice. We would probably not rent this house again for 5 couples, but would rent it for 4 couples. It really is beautiful, the photos don't do it justice.

We had 11 family members from tots to teenagers so the pool and the spa got a workout. The house is Great-one level really works well,the maid service was excellent .The views in all directions are super. The owner Marilu Madrid was Wonderfull to work with. She really made us feel welcome and responded with true Mexican hospitality.We have rented several homes in Pedrigal and this one was the best

Villa Maria is GORGEOUS. The rooms are generously sized and beautiful decorated. The view of the ocean is wonderful.
However, we had a few problems during our stay. During the first two days we had to continue to call maintenance to work on everything from getting the heating in the pool to work to getting the master bath tub to fill with water. While these were only small issues, they should have been worked out BEFORE we got there so that we didn't have to be concerned with that during our vacation.
It took a full day before internet access could be figured out or the fire pit on the patio worked. The pool never heated. . .
In addition, we were told that four rooms would have King beds. This was important to us since we were four married couples. One room had two full sized beds instead. The fourth King bed was in a detached room that was not nearly the same caliber and quality as the others.
While there are televisions in each of the four bedrooms, we were disappointed to find that they all had to be on the same channel as the main tv in living room. They couldn't be operated separately. . . .this seemed very unusual to us.
Our other problem was that the construction in the area caused alot of noise during the daytime so daytime relaxing and napping at the villa was very difficult.
Overall we had a great vacation but just wished some of these things had been worked out BEFORE we got there.
If you can get these thing worked out BEFORE you get to the Villa then it will be very nice. It is a gorgeous property.

Shortly after we arrived we realized the property had run out of propane. For the duration of our stay we had no hot water, we could not cook, take a shower, use the jaccuzi, or heat the pool. The owner was called but the problem was not corrected. We were not compensated for the inconvienance. We should have left and gone to a hotel. It was a very disappointing experience for the expensive price. I would not recommend.

The customer reprogrammed the pool heater to run 24/7 and as a result the propane which should have lasted for 1 week ran out in 2 days. Once the owner was notified of the outage, the propane was refilled later that day. No other clients have ever had a complaint about the gas.
