The villa is beautiful. However a few things that we were a little disappointed in are the following: the linens, sheets and towels dare all in need of replacing. They are old and worn out and not the best quality. When you have a rental like this these items should be replaced quite often with all the wear and tear they are getting. The rooms on the second floor need a little more decorating, it seems the rooms upstairs were a little more upscale and they kind of forgot about the lower ones. Also, when we arrived the rooms downstairs seemed not to be cleaned, one of my guests had dirty towels and sheets laying on floor and another room the fridge had spilled juice in it. It seems the house needs an overall good cleaning. The kitchen need a deep cleaning and the chairs and sofa in the living room looked in need of a cleaning too. Also, none of the pool/spa lights were working during our stay. The pool is much smaller than what it appears in the photo. The staff is great and can take care of all your needs. Overall we had a great time, just seems the house needs some fine tuning.

Villa Andaluza strives to create the best atmosphere for our guests to enjoy. We maintain the villa with new supplies regularly and thorough housekeeping on a daily basis. It's unfortunate when a guest feels the villa is not up to their standards and we take note of every comment and address it immediately.
Our staff has never received a complaint such as this one. We have discussed the items and have corrected any issues necessary so all future guests will enjoy Villa Andaluza for the very special place it is.

The house is absolutely amazing...there is no doubt about that. That said, the house staff stole $250 in cash from my wallet which was tucked down in my bag and $250 from girlfriends purse which was next to my wallet. We kept passports and larger cash in the safe. This really rubbed me the wrong way given the fact that the place is not cheap and something like this happens. For the money you spend on the house and how expensive Cabo has gotten...go to Hawaii. One last thing, the house is a $20 cab ride each way from town.

We are very sorry to hear about this report! While you were there we did offer to call security to investigate the incident but the offer was declined by this group. The staff for Villa Andaluza has been working for the homeowner since the house was built and we have never had an incident of this nature take place there. The house staff has an impeccable reputation, as you can see by previous reviews and we are confident that there must have been a misunderstanding. It is extremely unfortunate that this happened during your stay and we hope that despite it, you enjoyed Los Cabos.

This hacienda has fabulous views and is stunning. Built right into the hillside, every ensuite room is magical. There is so much open space, it is a perfect party house, and just minutes from the marina and center of town.

This place was amazing and exactly as described. We celebrated my 40th birthday with 5 couples and had the best time. We ended up only leaving andaluza one night to go into town. The chef (Benjamin) who comes with the villa was an amazing cook, his food was to die for. Jorge who is the caretaker is a great guy who can take care of anything you need. We felt and lived like royalty for 4 days and could not have hoped for a better trip and house. We also got massages set up at the house and they were first class as well. Awesome Time, Awesome Place, and awesome Memories!!! We will be back!

This was my 40th birthday and it was incredible. From the salon services at the house, concierge to the private attendants. The house was amazing with a great layout. May have do do an annual birhtday trip there.

This is a beautiful property that is very clean, well equipped and properly staffed.
Jorge and Benjamin were and are first rate. Excellent food, excellent attitude and customer service oriented.
Rovina the housekeeper was also polite, attentive and kept things spotless, without intruding on the privacy of guests.
The audio system should be upgraded to take full advantage of iPod systems, batteries replaced in remote controls on a regular basis. I would also recommend a "Pilots Checklist" approach prior to the arrival of new guests to ensure, kitchen appliances are clean, bar-b-que is clean and sanitary, all televisions and audio-visual equipment is fully operational, computer virus softwared is updated, etc.
The property would highly benefit from a secure wireless network to accommodate multiple laptop high speed Internet connections.
The grounds, pools, etc. were great.
We would certainly come back again and would like to make this an annual trip. We have rented and/or stayed in three different villas in Cabo in this area and believe this one to be the best.

We had a great time at Villa Andaluza. the Six bedroom house offered private bathrooms with each room which gave each couple the privacy they were looking for. The house is very high up on the hill, but you still have beautiful views (just requires a drive to the beach). We loved the pool and outdoor set up, with comfy lounge chairs, but were disappointed that the A/C did not work consistently. The chef and butler provided great meals and service.

Villa Andaluza is absolutely amazing! The view from my room was incredible. I woke up to the Pacific Ocean every morning and manicured garden right outside of my door. The decoration is stylish and sophisticated. All of the guest rooms have unique details, such as the room with the rock wall, that give them individual character. The staff on site was a bonus and a pleasure to have. I highly recommend this property and give it two thumbs up!

Our stay at Villa Andaluza absolutely exceeded our expectations. The villa was absolutly beautiful. After being out in the hot sun it was great to be welcomed by air conditioning in every room.
The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a vacation, including a housekeeper, cook and conciege. We felt like royalty. The pool was the perfect temperature for our many evening swims and the view was spectacular. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely recommend this house to all our friends needing a relaxing vacation.
