Villa Clara Vista is ideally located close to town, but on top of the mountain side in Pedragal which makes for a nice seperation from the hussle and bussle of the town. The view of the Pacific was amazing. In the morning you could watch wales from the pool. Essv arranged a great welcome and were very on the spot to meet all our needs. We arranged a private cook through Essv and also had a stocked fridge. It worked out extremely well. Clara Vista is wired for sound making the outdoor experience quite nice. The fire pit at night was a nice added touch. I don't think we could have picked a better spot.

Stayed for a week, could have stayed a month. Beautiful, clean home, we loved it. Found a lot of relaxation.
Daily maid service and biweekly? pool service was great. Essv provided us excellent services - babysitting, massage, chef.
Only annoyances were mosquitoes on a couple of days and a lot of wind on some nights.

The Home is beautiful, The View outstanding, The Pool, decks and exterior very well maintained. The staff give remarkable customer service. One suggestion, Refridgerator needs to be replaced. The residents of Cabo San Lucas are friendly and helpful, we were treated very well by everyone, We do plan to return we loved it that much. Nik, our leasing consultant met all of our expectations

Service staff was top notch. Scenery was breathtaking. The house itself had all the amenities including a beautiful infinity pool. Anything you need is a short drive down the hill or a phone call away. Couldn't have been better.

This was my second time staying at Clara Vista and it was just as amazing as the first! The impression you get when you first open the villa door and look out beyond the glass living sliding doors onto the inifinte pool and ocean is truly breathtaking! Clara Vista is a very well kept, clean, comfortable and perfect in every way possible!

We loved Villa Clara Vista. We traveled there, in order to shoot the final page of a TV show we produce in canada. And what an AMAZING VIEW!!! The most beautiful one we had in five seasons.
Special mention to the catering company ?A Matter Of Taste?. They offered us a premium service and a top class culinary experience.
The transports organized by Earth, Sea & Sky Vacation (to and from the airport) were perfect, on time, and very professional.
If everything went fine, I however have one comment about the villa; If the main ?spaces? (the main floor, kitchen living room, master bed room, terrace and swimming pool) were absolutely stunning, the other bed rooms did not offer the same ?standards?.
If the master bedroom can be compare to a luxury suite in a four to five star hotel, we would expect the other rooms to look like a standard room in the same establishment. We were quite far from there.
In our TV program, it did not make much of a difference, since we were mostly filming in the main spaces. But if I was renting the villa along with friends (sharing to rental cost in between five couple), I would wonder if my friends were getting what they were expecting. More than ordinary furniture, very standard beds (far from what you usually find in hotels), lack of style and / decoration in the rooms.
Also, as a client, I would expect the rooms in the villas to be rented with basic amenities (soap, shampoo, lotions, these little things that we did not bring, thinking it would be there). Beside a soap, there was nothing in the wash rooms. A little detail (to me) that make the difference.
Overall experience (to me): Excellent, near perfect. The lack of everything in other bedrooms would make that diffence.

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Cabo. Villa Clara Vista was the perfect place for us to really relax. We had never been to Cabo, so this was a new experience for us. My husband spent lots of time in the pool, I don't know when I have seen him so relaxed. I enjoyed the peace and quiet with the beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez and the ocean. The villa is beautiful and well equipped. Of course, this villa has maid service. We have never stayed at another villa, so we don't know if this is offered at all villas.
We will recommend this villa to all of our friends and we look forward to taking another trip to Cabo. -
