Service met expectations.
The home and the neighborhood was not as luxurious as described or we expected.
The excessive ant problem was dissapointing.
The house was not as close to the beach as we expected and the hill climbing back wasn't very relaxing.
The location was hard to find for taxi's.

We appreciate your valuable feedback. This home is located in a gated secure community at Costa Brava (Km 17.5) midway between the towns of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. (10 minute drive to either town) The beach at Costa Brava is a short walk down the hill. (100 yards) The privacy and ocean views are exceptional at this location. Unfortunately insects became a problem in Los Cabos during late September due to unusually heavy rains. We provide cleaning service every other day and insecticide is available to help minimize this issue.

Upon arrival we were met at the villa by the concierge and the housekeeper. They presented us with homemade salsa and margaritas! the villa was a great size for the seven of us and each bedroom had its own access to the pool/patio area. The villa is situated such that there is absolute privacy. The villa was extremely clean and the appliances were modern. We had everything we needed. It is a very short walk to the private beach area. This walk consists of a very steep decline/incline so care must be taken to get there and back. The beach was very private and we only saw a few other people on the beach whenever we were there. The sunrises are spectacular and you have a great view - we sat out on the patio many mornings drinking coffee and watching the sun come up. The images on the website do not really do this place justice, it is beautiful. The location is between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas at the 17.5 Km marker. Great value and we would definately come back.

Our service was optimal.
The house was phenominal, we felt so comfortable the minute we walked into the house.
The location was great, very convenient for our needs. The amenities were fabulous,had everything we needed.
In all honesty, I would say this was the best vacation we have ever taken and we will be back. -

Our stay was great at the Costa Brava. It was private and away from all the time share crazy sales people. The location was perfect right in the middle of action in Cabo San Lucas or shopping in San jose. We experienced some car difficulty and our (ESS)contact was helpful and available 24/7. I would recommend to anyone. The setting is perfect.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Costa Brava! The view was amazing and we saw whales many times from the patio - often breaching (I'd recommend bringing binoculars during whale season). The pool was great - the privacy and the size was perfect - and often the small "kiddie pool" was warm enough to be used like a hot tub. The beach was a short walk down the private drive. We did play in the waves and felt safe enough to do so. The beach is beautiful and there is hardly anyone on it! Location was great as we had a rental vehicle - it was nice to be close to both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo (as well as Costco)! We utilized the outdoor dining table every day for all meals - the view couldn't be beat. The house was a good size for the 4 of us (not too big to get lost in and not so small that you don't have privacy if you want it) and both couples had a sliding door to the pool area. We will definitely recommend this option to friends and we'd book it again if we get the chance!

We had the absolute best time in Cabo. We stayed at the Villa Costa Brava, which was between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas -- it couldn't have been a better spot if you wanted to go in both directions. Deep sea fishing, horseback riding, sunset dinner cruise, dancing, or just relaxing at our own villa in our own pool with no one else in the pool except me and my hubby!

Villa Costa Brava was the ideal villa for my family and I. While their are other villa that are much fancier and palacial that ws not what I was looking for in a villa to bring the family. My 3 older boys and my 9 year old daughter just thought it was perfect. My wife just loved the idea that it had a hamock just outside our bedroom door. It's a place that really felt homey and comfortable and not like a museum. I recomend it for anyone with a family of my size.

Villa Costa Brava was more than we expected. The home was spotless, stocked with everything we needed, and the housekeeping service was an added bonus! Our concierge helped to complete our trip, he was constantly available and had great recommendations (thanks Ricardo!). We will never stay at a hotel in Cabo again! Thanks so much to Earth, Sea, and Sky Vacations for making our trip perfect!

Villa Costa Brava was a beautiful villa and met most of my expectations. To gain access to the Sea of Cortez you had to walk down a very steep driveway of about 500 yards (the walk back up was the worst!). You couldn't swim in that area of the sea because of the dangerous currents, so you had to drive to a beach if you wanted to go in the Sea of Cortez.
The villa's pool was great, kept clean everyday. Our reception at the villa by Essv personnel was excellent and questions we asked during our stay were always answered quickly. Overall, a good experience. -

Villa Costa Brava is a well-maintained property with beautiful views and an easy walk down to the beach. It is the perfect location if you do not plan to make frequent trips into town. If you don't rent a car be sure to call at least 45 minutes ahead for a taxi.

I stayed with the Sandifer party at Villa Costa Brava last week, and it was
fabulous! The house was well equipped with all of the conveniences of home
with the added beautiful vistas from every room in the house. The staff was
very helpful and responded immediately to our every need. The pool, house,
and grounds were immaculate in every aspect. We have been vacationing in
Cabo for years and will never stay in a hotel again. This is the only way to
go!!!! Live and learn. You will see us again, hopefully very soon ,and we will
spread the word to our traveling family and friends.

Our stay at the villa costa brava was great. The villa is a bit older but still very functional and in a great location. It is in a perfect location between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas! The rental car that came along with the villa was great and is needed to get to either town! Updated pots and pans is highly recommended other than that all amenities were good.

We stayed at this villa for 3 nights and had an amazing time. The villa is beautifully decorated and the neighborhood is very quiet. Take a very short walk, and you feel as though you are on your own private beach. It is located between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, so you can easily get to both for a day of exploration. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to travel to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
