The view from every room in this house was amazing. We had 7 adults and an infant and everyone had plenty of privacy when needed. I would highly recommend the "in-villa" spa services from Suzanne Morel Day Spa. The guys went fishing and caught 2 sails, striped marlin and plenty of Tuna and Dorado to eat for the week (and brought 50 pounds home!). We loved this trip so much we booked the same house for two weeks next year!

We have rented this villa numerous times & will continue to do so. You can tell by it's layout compared to other sections of Pedregal (the gated community the villa is situated within) that this was one of the first to be built but don't be fooled into thinking this somehow diminishes it in terms of modern amenities, etc. On the contrary, we rented a bigger/newer villa a few years back & felt somewhat disconnected from the rest of our group because of the sheer size of the place! Villa Fiesta offers the best of options: the amenities one longs for while on vacation, the privacy seldom found at an expansive resort & the homey feel to share with the rest of your group.

Seriously one of our best vacations ever. My husband and I took our 2 kids and we vacationed with another family. This house was amazing, perfect for 2 or 3 families. It had a big open kitchen and family room, infinity pool and spa, and fantastic deck. Plus, the bedrooms were spacious with big bathrooms. The view from the deck couldn't have been better! We were able to see wales several of the days we were there. This was the perfect location, it felt very safe within the gated community yet it was five minutes to go to town. We would definitely go again!

I have been to Cabo two times before but this was the best experience
ever. Earth Sea and Sky agency was great to work with , answered all
questions and were very helpful. The Villa was amazing the pictures on
the website do not do it justice, it is ten times more beautiful in
person. House was clean and had everything you needed plus more.
Great for couples and families, plenty of room for everyone. Short
walk to the beach and minutes from downtown it was an ideal
location. We even saw whales even out of season. I would highly
recommend this villa, we still cannot believe how wonderful it was.
