We just stayed at Villa Mira Flores and hands down the best place to stay. It was so perfectly clean, stocked and just breath taking. Carlos and the team were wonderful and had no problems. Loved be greeted with Margarita's and very accomidating with information and possible needs. The showers and beds super great! There is no doubt I will stay again!

This was our first villa vacation in Cabo San Lucas and the first time we had booked via Essv. From my first call to inquire about Villa Mira Flores it was obvious Nancy at Essv wanted to make you feel comfortable about booking with them. Nancy was great and answered all my questions. The villa was just as described and photographed in the brochure.
The villa was perfect, extremely clean, as was the pool.
The location was ideal, it was only a 10 minute walk into town (15 back - because of the hills - take comfortable shoes). All the staff we came into contact with were great and always on time.
The only problem we had was the contact number provided for the villa for overseas incoming calls was incorrect. Once we realized this we were concerned as we had provided this to our employees incase of an emergency.
Other than that it was absolutely fantastic and we will be booking again for November 2012

We have been staying each February at Mira Flores for five years. Tino and Maria are great. The house is ammaculate and the view is to die for.

My wife and I thought Villa Mira Flores was perfect for our winter vacation. We enjoyed the pool and all the comforts of home in our villa. Nik and Rudolfo were great meeting all of our needs. The golf at Cabo Del Sol was first class. The restaurants were excellent. We will vacation with Cabovillas.com again. Thank you, HJ & Jennifer

Villa Mira Flores
Rarely does a property live up to the brochuremanship. This one did. All parts of the rental process were flawless and highly professional. No problem with changes; no problem with delayed flights (thank you american). After that inbound aggravation, the welcome margaritas from our concierge, Victor, got us off on true vacation mode. The property manager, Tino, was all over it. Minor problem with water heater solved immediately. One day the gardener was unavailable and Tino did the entire exterior cleaning. Even the four burner Ducane BBQ was cleaner than mine! We even saw him sweeping the roof of the adjacent property which he also manages. Only then did we realize that we hadn't heard a power tool in the Pedregal during our entire visit. We really enjoyed the quiet. Only one minor nit was that housekeeping was not equal to the rest of the service staff, but was adequate.
The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances/utensils/and knife sharpeners! Other renters had left spices, herbs, condiments and a few other things that we were happy to use; we left a bunch ourselves for the next folks. We enjoyed watching Carnival ships arriving with our morning coffee and departing with the sunset. Earlier reviewers mentioned the cats, which with some early discouragement were no problem. We've done many rentals outside the us and this was the class of the bunch (sorry Paris Perfect, you go to #2). We would rent this property and with Essv again in a heartbeat.

This house was amazing, and perfect for a couple to get away and forget about life. The views are stunning and it was easy to just walk into town instead of taking a cab every time we ventured out! The aC units are kind of loud and clunky and it was tough to sleep, but we adjusted after 1 night. My wife is not a cat fan and there are a bunch of strays in the area. All of the cats are super cool and by the 2nd day she was giving them nicknames and making sure they had food and water! haha - love this house, love Cabo we'll be back!

Our stay at Nilla Flores was wonderful. The house is exceptionally clean, the pool fantastic and the staff extremely helpful and professional. Highly reccommend the chef, Samuel. Air conditioning a bit loud at night to sleep in but definately needed because it was toasty hot! Cats everywhere but very sweet and not ill behaved. Close to town, confortable house and again great staff.

Villa Mira Flores was incredible! The staff look after the property very well and are extremely friendly and helpful. I stayed there with two friends and there was more than enough space for all of us. The pool was...Perfect! It was a struggle to get out of it every day. It's bigger than it looks in photos. There is wifi and free phone calls to North america which was a brilliant amenity. I'll definitely stay there again.
The walk to town is only 5-10 minutes.
There are lots of towels for both the beach and bathroom so don't worry about bringing your own. There are also floating pool beds. -

My wife and I spent a week at Mira Flores in late February. We had a terrific time. The Villa is actually better than advertized. Both the inside and outside are nicely designed and built, meticulously kept up and picturesquely situated above the marina at Cabo. It is a short stroll into town (less than a mile)--the return uphill kept us in shape (as did the heated pool on the terrace level). The peace and quiet of the Villa contrasted well with the general hubub of the city. If possible, try the small family restaurants off the marina for great local food ("Lolita's" on Matamoros is one of several) We wish to thank Nik Reyes at Earth Sea and Sky for working out all the details--the rides to and from the airport, a specific list of pre-stock items which were waiting for us on arrival, etc. Victor, our contact in Cabo set up our whale watching tour (a must do!) and dealt with every question we had. The maintanance crew kept the house, grounds and pool immaculate. We are already planning our next trip back.

Mira Flores is a beautiful, well kept home with a spectacular view of the marina area, really comfy beds, a great pool and is only about a 10 minute walk to the main area of the town, although its a little bit of an uphill hike back to the house (we walked it every day with no issues) but you might want to consider a taxi ride back. You also will need to have an affection for cats as there are quite a few strays that hang around. We are cat people and having the cats there, felt like I was at home and it was really great but its something to keep in mind.
The only thing we encountered that was a problem for my husband and I is that if you are a light sleeper this is not the house for you. Each room has an individual aC unit and they tend to pop/crack at about 10 minute intervals all night long if the aC is running. There is also some sort of mechanical unit that kicks on and off all the time and if you are sleeping in the 2nd master bedroom its gonna keep you up. And last but not least there is a motion activated light outside the bedrooms that goes on and off all night long (I suspect because of the cats). And its really bright!!! We finally just unscrewed it, turned on the living room aC unit, left the bedroom door open, ceiling fan running and all was good.
So if you are not a light sleeper and like cats then I would highly recommend the house. Its a really great house, in a great location of Pedregal. Fernando is the bomb, there for anything you might need. The house has 2 phones you can use, one for local calls in MX and one for calling back to the states which is really convenient.
I also highly recommend you plan at least one catered dinner thru Matter Of Taste Catering. We did that our last night and the food was amazing and so was the service. It was as if we belonged there. The comfort level we felt was immediate. We slept very well on really comfortable beds and woke up every morning refreshed and watched the sun come up. Maria was great! Villa Mira Flores is a very well maintained home. The homeowners should be very proud of the way it has been taken care of. I'm gushing and shouldn't since I want to come back and it won't be available. We did see new life in the three kittens that were born which we named Larry, Moe and Curly. Thank you for being the kind of people that take care of animals.
It was a short walk to town. There is a store close by that has wines, cheese etc.
Did you know you have 89 flower pots on your property? Wow!!
We loved our stay at Villa Mira Flores. Thank you for opening up your home to us.

The pictures don't do this home justice. It is absolutly perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4. Two master suites with master bathrooms in both. The backyard is well maintained and the pool is perfect. You never want to leave the property. I do recomend you rent a car, the Pedregal is cobble stoned streets and at an incline. Killer walk home from town !
One thing that should be mentioned, the owner of this property is a cat lover and they are a number of ferrel cats crusing around that he feeds. I personally loved it but if you don't like cats this might not be the property for you.
Forget the hotels, rent a house, it's a trip you will never forget.

We enjoyed getting up in the morning and having a coffee by the pool and relaxing by the pool. It was great being able to walk to town every evening to have dinner. The view of the marina is spectacular! We would stay there again. The only down side was it was not right on the beach.

This place is Awesome. The view in the pictures speak for themselves. The place is so well kept it appears new. Everything was up to the expected quotes and promises on the web site and the staff and care is second to none.
Don't hesitate the book this place as I won't in the future. The beds are better than home and the kitchen has everything. I love the margaritas ready and waiting when you arrive. Thanks for an unforgettable vacation. The best part is the money we saved over a resort and for what you get - it's so much more relaxing. Very short walk to town, the beach and restaurants. Mira Flores is the perfect 2 bedroom villa in Pedregal. This property has an amazing view of the Cabo San Lucas Marina. The landscaping is gorgeous. The villa itself is roomy with all the amenities needed for a get-a-way destination villa. It is bright and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and if you are staying there in the summer months, all three of the air conditioners work perfectly. I have stayed at Mira Flores 3 times and it will always be my first pick when traveling to Cabo San Lucas.

This house is ideally situated to experience all that Cabo can offer while allowing a terrific respite from the action. It's a pleasant walk to and from town yet still being in Pedregal.
It's also perfect for smaller groups and has a pool, something of a rare combo in the neighborhood.
