I cannot begin to explain how much my friends and i enjoyed our stay at Villa Pacifica Del Mar. We invited a large group of our closest friends to stay here for our wedding week in Cabo. You are blown away the minute you open the front door with endless views of the pacific ocean. Its located in the Pedregal area of Cabo, up on a rocky bluff, on its own priate culvesac, which was great for storing our rental car and having shuttles easily pick our rowdy crew. Great pool, hot tub, flat screen tv, stereo with ipod hookup etc. Its within minutes from the heart of Cabo and the beach. The front gate people were very helpful arranging shuttles, especially when it came to airport shuttles at the end of our trip.
You can hike down to the ocean from here, but it's a pretty good hike. We walked to town often, no problem, the hike back up the hill was a little intense.
The villa slept multiple couples and singles comfortably, most bedrooms with their own bathroom, ours had two toilets and two bidets! (you know the eurpean toilet thingy)
Every morning at 9am two very nice Mexican ladies and the house manager would come and clean every room and kitchen, lifesavers! You can arrange for a private chef amongst other things too but the cleaning ladies were included.
I could go on and on but i highly recommend staying here, whether its a family gathering, friends reuniting, business trip, whatever! We went through Baja Sur Vacation Rentals, Nanci was great! Oh and they had a mexican and american phone line along with wifi, oh so convienient.
Only minor gripe is that since it is one of the first properties in the Pedregal it could stand for a few touch-ups and upgrades in some of the rooms. Overall, great experience.
