This newly- built, 5,400 square feet, six bedroom villa is set on the hillside in the exclusive gated community of Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas. The exterior design is inspired by the Andalusian architecture of southern Spain, with Moorish-style stone towers paired with distinctive Spanish Colonial elements.
Around the exterior of this villa beautiful Romanesque columns support large terracotta-tiled awnings. Tiered balconies with shared lounge areas overlook the stunning Pacific Ocean. The villa was great, however i would definitely not sell this villa as a six-bedroom villa, the sixth bedroom was completely unsuitable if six people are splitting the bill evenly, its more suitable as staff quarters, it was significantly smaller than the other rooms and had one small window with no view. Two of the girls landed up sharing the master bedroom. The chef was good, but had a limited repertoire, mexican food was great, but other options were standard. The rest of the staff were not properly trained i.e. setting the table, none spoke any English however the villa manager was very helpful. - Lumka M., ,

Really enjoyed the beautiful accomodations. Jorge and his staff did a wonderful job of taking care of our family of 11. Dinners prepared by the cook were the highlight of the trip. I would highly recommend this property for family gatheriings. - Alex C., Texas, USA

BEAUTIFUL PLACE, THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL. WE WOULD DEFINITELY GO AGAIN. THE ONLY THING I WOULD HAVE THEM DO DIFFERENT FOR FUTURE PEOPLE STAYING THERE IS TO HAVE THE A/C ON IN THE ROOMS & VILLA AND TO BE A BIT MORE PREPARED FOR THE GUEST.WHEN WE ARRIVED THE A/C IN ALL THE ROOMS WERE OFF AND THEY WOULD TURN THEM OFF WHEN WE WOULD LEAVE THE VILLA SO EVERY TIME WE WOULD RETURN THE ROOMS WERE HOT, SOME NEEDED BATTERIES, HAD TO CALL THE STAFF TO BRING SOME WHEN THEY CAME BACK TO COOK AND HAD NO HOT WATER THE FIRST NIGHT, HE FORGOT TO TURN IT ON. WE WANTED TO PLAY OUR IPOD BUT THERE WAS NO CORD HE SAID SOMEONE AT ANOTHER TIME TOOK IT SO HE HAD TO GET ONE. WE WERE NOT SHOWN HOW TO WORK THE HOT TUB, IT SEEMED TO BE WARM AND JETS WORKING ONE NIGHT, THE REST OF THE TIME IT WAS THE SAME AS THE POOL AND NO JETS. AS FOR THE STAFF, THEY WERE VERY NICE!
