I highly recommend this home for many reasons. The view and location were incredible. The house is in the upscale neighborhood of the Pedegral located on the point between the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez and is just a 3-5 minute drive to downtown and the marina. The home itself was built in the past few years and contains all of the modern amenities of a new home in the United States. Each room has its own en suite and 5 of the rooms offer the same layout and two of the rooms are just slightly smaller. The home has satellite tv and a great sound system that can be controlled from every room.
The home also has a great infinity edge pool and spa and fire pit over looking the ocean. The layout is very spacious and allows visitors to escape to different parts of the home without being disturbed.
The highlight of the trip is the staff. Fortunado is more than happy to accommodate any of your requests and created some excellent meals each day. His wife Lulu and heir son kept the house in tip top shape during the entire stay and fulfilled all of our requests. We spent our first day in cabo fishing and caught several Mahi Mahi and Fortunado prepared excellent Ceviche and grilled fish for us every day. The service is what put this stay over the top. Fortunado did our grocery shopping and was available 24 hours a day for us as a driver or to run errands. Although many of the services they provided were not included they never hesitated to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Tip them well!
This is a great house wether its a family get together, a bachelor or bachelorette party or just a group of friends wanting to get away. If you have a large group this rental far exceeds a hotel stay. We have travelled to Cabo quite a bit and we would highly recommend this even over the Palmilla for location and views.
I recommend renting a car as the caretaker only has a two seat car. he was more than happy to drive us in our rental car so we did not have to pay cab fees each day. Also, we recommend getting Fortunado a list for groceries and he will make sure there is plenty to eat and drink throughout your stay.
